Everything was good about the property,even though parking was a little confusing.Not happy with the lateness of the return of the bond. Webookedout over a week ago,, on Friday the 2nd May. It is now the10th May, and it still hasn't been returned. We pay the deposit straight away, and yet it has still not been returned.

It was a great experience! Probably perfection! We had an executive room which gave us access to canapés and drinks in the afternoon and breakfast the next morning - both excellent! I have no problem recommending this property and I will definitely be back! Thank you for also providing a shower that was easy to use! 😉😍

Enjoyable relaxing stay

Love the executive lounge with 24/7 offer of a comfortable place to work and relax - want to thank the team especially F&B attendant Rashmi with her radiant smile and warm manners which made our stay even more enjoyable - the joint arrangement of fitness centre use with the Star Grand was good but needs to be made known to staff members of both hotels.

Overpriced but somewhat good stay overall

The trip was okay, the accommodation was pretty expensive for the whole lot. Good price in a certain way because you’re around the casino and it looks fancy and everything. But in the rooms, there’s almost no room in the cupboards to put your stuff. Everything has to be left in the luggages because there’s not enough space to actually store your stuff in. Steve was somewhat lovely, besides one guy that seems to be some sort of a Manager that always looked grumpy never said hi and was always in a rush… bad look for the whole hotel but… it is what it is. I would say overpriced overall. But the hotel looks nice. You pay for a very expensive hotel for a mediocre actual stay. I guess besides that one staff that looked grumpy all day everyone else has been very helpful and lovely, honestly, and very understanding with our demands. Not the best hotel I’ve ever been to but certainly far away from the worst.

The location and access to the room is excellent. There is no Parking included, you pay an extra $20/day for that. Th room is comfortable but lacks certain creature comforts such as insufficient towel hanging space in bathroom, no indoor table and chairs or writing desk. For longer term occupancy it lacks a wardrobe, room for only one suitcase and has a very small fridge. The increase in room charges for w/end stays is ridiculously over charged.

A beautiful hotel on the inside however serious construction happening all around. Staff were very helpful and friendly offering water and beverages while waiting. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see the pool area but heard it was nice. Very pokey hotel room so do not recommend if staying with an infant! The cot had to go in the hallway..

Superb one of the best hotels I have stayed at

From check in to check out these hotel did not disappoint . The friendly service the ease of the car parking and the beautiful comfortable and stylish room. So easy to also walk to the casino for dinner and the buffet breakfast there is no better breakfast. I could not fault this hotel and will definitely be returning and referring this to my friends and family.
