The Space:
If you are chasing sunshine and ocean side relaxation then this is the perfect location for your next holiday on the Gold Coast. The Ballah Tower is situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club directly across the road from the main beach.

This spacious apartment on the 24th floor features:

Large lounge, LG 50″ Smart TV with Free Foxtel which opens onto a spacious balcony which offers sparkling ocean and city views.
Separate dining area to enjoy meals while on your next Gold Coast holiday.
Fully equipped modern kitchen featuring quality stainless steel appliances and all cooking needs to enjoy meals in your home away from home.
Master bedroom offers a King sized bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite which is accentuated with modern fittings and a spacious double shower.
Second bedroom accommodates guests on two single beds.
Both bedrooms open on to the balcony which faces the famous Surfers Paradise beach where you can sit and watch all the action from above.
There is a separate guest bathroom.
Separate fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, dryer plus all regular laundry supplies such as iron, ironing board etc.

The Neighborhood:

Take them for a trip down to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to cuddle a koala and feed the kangaroos.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the new Light Rail station literally at your front doorstep.

Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.

Sunrises that start your day with a smile.

Waking to that spectacular view and the sunsets where breath taking. Even got to see a whale and dolphins gliding by.The convenience of being right above Cavil ave was great to access everything we needed. The beach is directly across the road. The apartment is huge and theirs heaps of room to move . The kitchen well equip with everything. Also I thought that this unit was really well priced for where it is situated. I paid the same price for one night at Sunrise Beach, Sunshine Coast that I did for three nights here. Thank you our family will be back. Cheers B

Excellent location with ocean view

The 24th floor apartment had amazing views of the city and sea. It was comfortable, well appointed and clean. Resort facilitĂ  were great and it was within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and the tram. Onsite secure parking was easy to access.

Great property with amazing view, easy access to shopping centre and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, only down side is the air con is a bit noisy but you soon switch off to the noise. Will come back again for sure.

Fab views and location with spacious balcony. Apartment has everything you need with comfy beds and up to date appliances in Kitchen and Laundry, clean and spacious throughout. What you see is what you get. The heated Pool is beautiful with a Spa and pretty surroundings.

Location, location, location!

A great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property only 2 mins walk from Surfers Paradise Mall. We’re going to miss the spectacular view. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely be back one day.

Nice, clean, fresh property with wonderful views.

Checking in was easily done with the Real Agent only 3 blocks away. On site parking was secure, with a fob access to car-park and the rest of the building. Trolley available at the lift well on Lvl 5 for your luggage. The unit is clean and fresh with views over the Pool, Cavill Avenue and the Beach. Yoju may also glimpse the Nerang River. The unit is modern, and has Foxtel and good wi-fi. A handy location to be able to walk to most attractions in the Surfers Paradise area, as well as the light rail and bus stops. The building has recently started to undergo maintenance - with painting and refurbishing. This will be ongoing until August 2020. The Pool area is lovely, and the Pool is heated. BBQ's and Spa are also in this area, along with tennis courts. There is a modern on-site gym available too. The bedrooms were large with a northerly aspect. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. The Paradise Centre Shops are so close to the front door of the building.

Very clean & spacious apartment.

The photos do not do justice to how well presented the apartment is. Very close to the heart of Surfers Paradise with great views of the ocean and city skyline. The pool was surprisingly big & the kids had a lot of fun there especially in the early morning & late afternoon. The apartment was a very close walking distance to the beach and to the various cafes & restaurants. We will definitely enquire to stay here again in the near future.
