I was apprehensive with some of the poor reviews on other platforms. But was very impressed. Clean and quiet and had everything I needed. As a solo traveler I ended up with a luxury 3 bedroom apartment AND a study!! And a free undercover designated car park About a 12 minute drive to the hospital and 20mins to Main Beach. Very close to Harbour town shops. It’s in a very suburban area. I would stay again. Communication was exemplary.

Loved the location, very easy to get to Movieworld and Dreamworld. Big plus was having the shopping centre so close, literally a 2min drive or 8min walk. Will definitely stay here again.

The pool was nice, the room was a fantastic size for a family of 5. The second bathroom was a luxury you rarely get when staying in accommodation. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been if there was a spa near the pool. Property was exactly as advertised and they were easy to deal with- great communication.

Close to Harbour Outlets with many options for restaurants/groceries. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fresh and clean, we didn’t use the bbq facilities but it would be nice to sit (with a small family/group) and socialise while the kids swim. Easy communication with check-in instructions. Limited on-street parking if you don’t fit under the garage. Would 100% recommend!

Small but annoying issues: entry light to unit flickers, should be replaced. No Information Book in unit. Took 2 days to get local channels on TV. No egg cups. No tissues.Only 2 tablets for dishwasher for 6 day stay. No spare blankets. A lovely large comfortable unit, let down by these little hassles.
