Close to Harbour Outlets with many options for restaurants/groceries. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fresh and clean, we didn’t use the bbq facilities but it would be nice to sit (with a small family/group) and socialise while the kids swim. Easy communication with check-in instructions. Limited on-street parking if you don’t fit under the garage. Would 100% recommend!

Small but annoying issues: entry light to unit flickers, should be replaced. No Information Book in unit. Took 2 days to get local channels on TV. No egg cups. No tissues.Only 2 tablets for dishwasher for 6 day stay. No spare blankets. A lovely large comfortable unit, let down by these little hassles.

The apartment was great, the kitchen had everything we needed for staying in for dinner one night. Location wise, this was perfect for walking to shops/restaurants/groceries and quick access to the nearby theme parks, which was the primary purpose of visiting Gold Coast. The beach was also nearby (about 11 km).

Our stay was wonderful, reception was friendly and from reception check-in our accomodations was only a 2 minute walk around the corner. They have 10 properties so where you check in is not necessarily the building you are staying in. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, it had plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils, plates bowls etc. The bed was a bit hard and the shower could probably use a deep clean but besides that everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again. 😁
