A great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Close to everything and supermarket downstairs made it so easy to stock up the kitchen with snacks and drinks. The apartment was so nice we had a magnificent view. Getting the key with a big suitcase from the 1st floor of the centre was a bit of a mission but otherwise a great stay.

I recently stayed at the Chevron Renaissance on the Gold Coast with Holiday Holiday as the host, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well set up with everything I needed for a comfortable holiday. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach all just a short walk away. The resort facilities were a highlight too, especially the pool and gym, which made it feel like a proper holiday escape. Overall, Holiday Holiday made the whole stay stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying at Chevron Renaissance with them and would happily book again for my next Gold Coast trip.

We had an excellent stay. Absolutely lovely apartment with stunning views. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Such a bonus to be able to wash and dry clothes as we went. Nothing to complain about at all. Best room we have stayed in.

Was a little hard to find the office to begin with to check in. Called the lovely lady behind the desk and she directed me. The room was nice and was well equipped. The common areas were great. Pleanty to do within and there is a shopping mall underneath. Very central and close to a tram stop.

Great size for two bedroom apartment with fantastic view to see sunrise and sunset. Good facilities with full kitchen and laundry with dryer, oven and microwave. It was clean and bedding, linen, carpets and couches were well maintained, but needed a few updates due to torn/soiled blinds and rugs, shower scum, damaged/marked walls.

Great size room, great amentities, central location. Amazing veiws of the ocean, city and sunrise. Room could use a deep clean, but was still clean enough. Location is a little noisy at night, especially Friday, Satuday and Sunday but that is to be expected. Air conditioner maintence for the whole week we stayed, which was a bit difficult with two toddlers and being 34 weeks pregnant. Was were not advised by Holiday Holiday of this when booking or checking in. Found out by a poster at the lift. Which was a bit dissapointing. Pool, gym and games room all amazing amentities.

Our family love staying here. Has everything a family with young kids need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with our after hours check-in instructions. We couldnt access the area which provided access to our room. However, we were quickly assisted by a helpful security guard. Apart from that, thr stay was perfect.

The room was a bit dated but it did have good views and facilities. It was in a good location and walking distance to restaurants and shops, however it was very noisy at night time. The servicing could have been better, only changed towels and sheets, they didn’t wipe down areas or vacuum. They also didn’t top up some of the kitchen amenities or laundry powder, we stayed for 10 days. There was only 2 elevators working which meant we were waiting a long time but that was due to the cyclone so understandable. Outdoor pools looked beautiful but were too cold to swim in. Overall it was a good trip but I’m unsure if I would stay here again.

Unfortunately we have to give a bad review. We had a bad experience with the pool having large pipes with exposed metal that consequently cut a 6cm gash in my son’s foot. When reporting this, not a lot of interest was shown by Holiday Holiday or the chevron body corporate. We stayed on another week and the exposed metal had not even attempted to be fixed. On inspection we found another 3 pipes that were the same. Very dangerous. Communications between Holiday Holiday and us were lacking compassion and care. The building is in need of repair and cleaning, it is not the chevron renaissance that we remembered from a few years ago.
