Our family love staying here. Has everything a family with young kids need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with our after hours check-in instructions. We couldnt access the area which provided access to our room. However, we were quickly assisted by a helpful security guard. Apart from that, thr stay was perfect.
Communication was not that clear .Struggled with navigating the lifts and amenities on the tower.

The room was a bit dated but it did have good views and facilities. It was in a good location and walking distance to restaurants and shops, however it was very noisy at night time.
The servicing could have been better, only changed towels and sheets, they didn’t wipe down areas or vacuum. They also didn’t top up some of the kitchen amenities or laundry powder, we stayed for 10 days.
There was only 2 elevators working which meant we were waiting a long time but that was due to the cyclone so understandable.
Outdoor pools looked beautiful but were too cold to swim in.
Overall it was a good trip but I’m unsure if I would stay here again.
Unfortunately we have to give a bad review. We had a bad experience with the pool having large pipes with exposed metal that consequently cut a 6cm gash in my son’s foot. When reporting this, not a lot of interest was shown by Holiday Holiday or the chevron body corporate. We stayed on another week and the exposed metal had not even attempted to be fixed. On inspection we found another 3 pipes that were the same. Very dangerous. Communications between Holiday Holiday and us were lacking compassion and care. The building is in need of repair and cleaning, it is not the chevron renaissance that we remembered from a few years ago.

The property needed some maintenance, water leaking from roof, buckets in hall ways, spa still not working from 12months ago.
The room was so dirty and the lift lobby outside room. The reception was far from the tower where we stayed with no prior knowledge. The uber dropped us off at one address but the reception was at another building. We had to call then walk around different locks to check in then ended up where the uber initially dropped us off. It was inconvenient as we arrived early in the morning but we had to walk from one building to another.
Close to all main shops, transport close by. Convenience of Cole’s downstairs.
Bathrooms need a bit of a renovation. A bit old and run down. Not very clean looking. Had ants coming up the drain pipe.

It’s outdated curtains were stained, single bed was sinking asked for it to be replaced handyman apparently did something to fix it however same issue occurred. Shower door was closing properly water leaking everywhere, washing machine leaking and fridge was leaking.
Location is great and pool area is amazing
Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to the various theme parks. The view was stunning and the indoor pool was great when we had a couple of rainy days. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Our only criticism is the room smelled like smoke (had to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell) and the shower door in the ensuite didn’t seal so the bathroom floor got wet when showering. Otherwise our stay was great! Would definitely book again

Awesome stay! Apartment was great - pools were amazing for all of us - superb view! well appointed kitchen! Apartment easy to access, safe and centre of town!

Very spacious well appointed apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (only 1 bedroom required). Everything was provided to prepare your own meals when you tired of the junk food outlets and a big Coles in the complex. Found the large leather/vinyl? sofa sticky in hot weather. Great secure central location, well maintained with pleasant staff and secure parking.
We stayed here for 4 nights! Was absolutely stunning. Immaculate apartments and grounds. The indoor pool did have emergency maintenance while we were there, so was unable to use that for the last 2 days, but that can't be helped. Highly recommend! Also, didn't have to pay for parking! it was included in room!

Our room was very out dated, things were broken, blinds were dirty and some torn. Washing machine stained my clithes and towels. The shower screen feel into the bath when my 8 year old opened it to get out (very scary)
Not very happy with the state the room was in, definitely needs renovation

Great location. Coles just underneath. Close to everything. Awesome pool. Apartment was good but dissapointed to find a crazy amount of ants in the kitchen, on counters. Massive cockroaches in kitchen. Some sheets were stained, sink in bathroom didnt drain, we had to rewash the glasses as dirty. Only 1 dish towel and not enough toilet paper for a weeks stay. Had to buy ourselves.
Loved every bit of our stay here very convenient to everything the view was amazing and the unit was massive and so nice and very quiet and private the towers are amazing and I will be coming back for sure thanks so much for the best stay ever we never wanted to leave
