Cleaning good be improved

We have stayed in rainbow place for years. First time booking through rainbow bay realty. Unit was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Floors dirty, windows filthy and could barely look through. Some of the lights blown and tap running whole time. No ceiling fans or air conditioning made for a hot night. Beautiful view, top location.
