Very enjoyable stay. Big enough to accommodate 2 adults & 2 almost adult children with the 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Pretty much everything you would need was available in the room.

A comfortable stay

This balcony of this property directly overlooks the water play slides of the complex behind which is open between 8:30 to 20:00. This didn't bother us as we love the sound of kids playing & were out most of the day, but it may not suit others. The apartment itself and listing is as described and the pictures are accurate, although there were a few maintenance issues which need to be addressed. A lovely big shower but you can't have a long one or you flood the bathroom, this wasn't a fault, just how it's designed. Communication with the host was poor by email, I emailed them twice and got no answers. When you eventually do get hold of them though they are very helpful.

Maintenance

Would be great if Number 9 or Comfy name was on outside of property. Messaged through re downlights in dining area not working to no reply. issue with door not automatically locking. Sent email and phone to Comfy but no one came back to us to sort problem. Security is most important for both parties. Eventually Ruby maintenance repaired lock. Pickup of key needs to be better as when you are being delivered by shuttle it is not possible for driver to wait so needed to get taxi for rest of journey extra cost.

The mangers were terrible, we got stopped every single time we wanted to go into and out of the apartment and had to identify ourselves with license and emails every single time
