The view was STUNNING to say the least! That was worth every penny. We used the various amenities offered by the rental property, especially the warm indoor pool. Location was unbeatable since the tram stopped right in front of the property. All in all, for the price, I can't think of a better rental property - you will NOT regret renting this unit. BTW, The pool's bar makes a wickedly strong cocktail LOL.

Amazing views and great location. Neat and tidy. Had everything needed for a self contained stay. Pools were fun, very short walk to beach and the tram stops at right at the front door. Highly recommended.

Amazing Views, Huge Apartment for 6

This was perfect for our family/friends of 6. Huge rooms, amazing views of the ocean and inland.It was exactly as advertised and then some. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the access to the ocean or pools, breakfast on site was a great option. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Check out the shopping market on Wed/Fri/Sat. Great finds!

The good..the location & access to the tram was exceptional. The pool was very nice as well.The not so good..the cleanliness was less than stellar. We were forced to clean the oven interior & racks, numerous pots & pans & the garbage disposal before we could make dinner. The cooktop hood was filthy & dropped grease while boiling pasta. We subsequently notified the host of the condition & were told that the cleaning contractor would be notified & any remedy would have to be on our schedule. The furniture noted in the photos was not what we found in the unit. The couch was different & uncomfortable with well used fabric & depressions. The described “unobstructed” view was obstructed by a 76 story building under construction. Photos are attached. Al in all this is a 5 star location but unfortunately not a 5 star property as we had hoped.

Sunshine and waterslide

A short walk to the centre of Surfers, but far enough away to miss much of the noise. A very easy walk to the beach and tram stop. Curtains in master bedroom don’t block out sunrise, so we found opening wardrobe door near window so the sun didn’t reflect off it was an easy fix. Kitchen cooktop was a little dirty, but we ate out for our short weekend trip. Everyone was happy with the accommodations.
