Guest Access:
• Express Check-in - Locate the keysafe across the street from the building. Then simply follow our check-in guide, walk or park inside the building. We accommodate late arrivals, no matter how late it is.

• Enjoy Express Checkout on departure day, just simply return the keys to the keysafe!

Getting Around:
Parking: A designated parking at the level 5 carpark

It is also only a 35 minutes drive from the airport and around $50 to catch an uber here.

Getting there:
From airport: You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Cavill Ave Station, then walk over to Ballah for about 3 mins.
