There is a restaurant located next to the apartment complex (literally a part of it), however,the restaurant and the apartments are two independent bodies. Hence, when I repeatedly complained about the loud music which the restaurant would play till 1 am every night, they would tell me off saying this is not any of their business.I tried to complain the apartment reception, but would get the same answer - they have nothing to do with them and cannot intervene in any way...So if you´re looking for a quiet place and wish to have a good night sleep, this is definitely NOT a place to go! Our room was very very basic and tiny, with one fold-out sofa bed and one single fold-out bed. The double sofa bed was very uncomfortable and could only sleep one person. Kitchen was well equipped with various kitchen ware, cutlery etc. The fridge however was making an incredible noisy sound which would prevent us from sleep hence we would need to plug it out every night. If you dont have a car (which we did not) it is very difficult to move around. There are no possibilities for daily/evening storlls, unless you´re willing to walk beside cars on a sidewalk...the nearest "village" is Marinella (15 min walk). One big advantage-there is a supermarket right in front of the reception. So when you´re staying in a self-catering place like this, this comes very very handy.

Résidence bien placée mais vieillissante

Appartements très vieillissants. Manque d'ustensiles et d'appareils de cuisine. Pour le prix, c'est limite. Les cloisons entre appartements ne sont pas épaisses. Le personnel â l'accueil est proche du client malgré tout.

Gentilissima,evidentemente lei non ha letto bene la descrizione della struttura che è degli anni 80 e gli appartamenti benchè non abbiano un arredo recente sono confortevoli ed accoglienti Non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che sono nuovi. Ci dispiace molto ma le invitiamo a leggere con attenzione tutto ciò che viene offerto che è trasparente

Der Ausblick war sehr schoen. Leider funktionierte das Klo nicht richtig und das wlan gar nicht.wir waren woanders untergebracht

El alojamiento tiene una buena ubicacion pero necesitas el coche para todo. El personal es bastante borde. Les pedimos un horno que nos dijeron que tenian disponible bajo peticion pero siempre nos decian que lo iban a traer y no lo hicieron durante toda la semana. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño pero es antiguo, la ducha es pequeña y pierde agua. Cada vez que nos duchabamos estaba todo el pasillo encharcado. Te hacen pagar por todo aparte: toallas, sabanas y un dinero por dia y persona por luz y agua. Casi 6 euros por dia y persona...que con eso pagan la luz y el agua de todo el mes. Ademas de pagar ese precio no tiene aire acondicionado, eso tambien va aparte. Tambien hay un suplemento de limpieza que solo incluye la limpieza final. Eso si, tu tienes que dejar limpia la cocina. No te dan ni un triste estropajo y un poco de lavavajillas. Comprar todo un bote para unos dias. El suplemento de 40 euros de sabanas y toallas tampoco incluye un cambio de toallas. Me parece que son unos suplementos muy caros. Cuando lees las condiciones si que lo pone pero no creia que no nos cambiarian ni las toallas. El lugar tiene muchos insectos, tambien podrian darte al menos un spray para las noches. Desde luego que por el precio que acabas pagando puedes ir a un sitio mucho mejor.
