Pésimo servicio de Hoteles.com El hotel estaba sobrevendido y no me pudo hospedar. Según ellos ya no trabajan con ustedes y sigue en la plataforma. Y además no hay reembolso. Pésimo

Ok but not for us.
Publié le 9 janv. 2014 sur HotelsWe ended up leaving this hotel after one night due to an allergic reaction to some extremely strong floraly air freshner or cleaner the use all over the room. There are no windows to the outside in any of the rooms so there's no way to get fresh air (they open to the lobby). This also makes the rooms very dark. It was a little noisy but other than that it's ok though expensive compared to the other options in town.

The only place to stay in Gracias
Publié le 30 juill. 2013 sur HotelsI had a fun time chatting with the owner at 6 a.m. over coffee. He asked me to give him ideas how to improve his service. They took it upon themselves to help my wife who was having a bad case of stomach problems, traveling. They brought courtesy food to the room, a nice frozen drink when we arrived. They are great people.

Greatest kept Secret in Gracias Lempira
Publié le 25 juin 2013 sur HotelsThey worked extra super hard to make us happy. It wasn't their fault that the electricity went out all across the area. Their dining room had been booked, and to apologize they left us special brownies as a peace offering. We felt safe, the highest mark would be the COMFORTABLE BEDS. I think they'd do well to adopt some of the colonial traditional decor instead of making it look like Dubai or New York City...but that is just my opinion.

Three hours drive from Copan

Pour : Fantastic hotel in a small colonial town off the tourist trail.
Contre : Hotel restaurant has a limited menu.
Emplacement : In the middle of town, not where google maps says it is.
I booked this hotel in a hurry after typing in Copan. It is however in the town of Gracias, which is well worth a visit if you have time.
