Spacious 5br on the Mountain Ski Trail Access Hot Tub & Deck

Ski-in/ski-out (short walk), single family home with quick and easy access to hiking and biking trails, the ski lifts at Granby Ranch and world class golfing and fishing.
This spacious home has 5 bedrooms, including two with bunk beds, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for large families, this property can sleep 13 in beds and up to 15 total when utilizing the provided air mattresses! There is a gorgeous double-sided fireplace that can be enjoyed in multiple rooms, a large dining table, multiple living areas that provide ample room for a large group to lounge, listen to your favorite tunes via built-in speakers that run throughout the main level, enjoy your favorite show on one of the 4 TVs and a private hot tub.

KITCHEN: Full size appliances, a gas range, and an outdoor grill. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot and a griddle are also in this fully stocked kitchen. There are basic spices, as well as a k-cup machine and a regular coffee maker. There is seating outside to enjoy the amazing view as well.

Master (sleeps 2): located on the main level, features a king size bed, walk-in closet, connected bathroom, TV and a ceiling fan; 2nd bedroom (sleeps 2): located upstairs with a king size bed, desk area, TV and ceiling fan; 3rd bedroom (sleeps 2): full size bed, ceiling fan; 4th bedroom - lower level double bunk room (sleeps 5): 2 twin bunk beds with optional trundle pull-out; 5th bedroom - lower level bunk room (sleeps 3): twin bunk bed, optional trundle pull-out; Loft: Work space with printer and sofa bed. This home has 3 full bathrooms, all include a tub and shower

Cozy furnishings, towels, and linens. Lockable storage for ski, bike and golf equipment in the closet off of the front porch. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, patios, porch, private hot tub and grill are available for your full use.

LIMITED PARKING!!! NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR NEIGHBOUR'S SPACE (FEES WILL BE WITHHELD FROM DAMAGE DEPOSIT)
ONLY THREE (3) DEDICATED SPACES: One (1) car in the garage and two (2) cars in the driveway. Third spot is for small vehicles only and can be tricky in the winter time.

A vehicle is recommended to effectively reach and enjoy the area. Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch. Great layout to the house for our group of people. The large living and dining room allowed for large groups to get together and socialize. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked or grilled for our entire stay. All of the kids enjoyed the downstairs area and having some space of their own. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Perfect stay for friends and family retreat

My family and friends have a Memorial Day tradition of a Colorado mountain house retreat for the long weekend. This stay was wonderful for housing 6 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep, and plenty of space for the kids to play and for the adults to get some quiet time. Highly recommended.

This property was great for our group of guys on a golf/fishing/mountain biking trip. Well appointed and everything in good working order. Parking is limited so needed to carpool, but wasn’t an issue as we planned ahead.

Family time at Granby!

Beautiful property! We really enjoyed our stay. The home owners couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful! We had 4 couples, 7 children and a baby. There is 2 king size beds and 1 full size. One couple had to sleep on a pull out couch that wasn't at all comfortable. ( we thought there was supposed to be a full size bed in one of the bunk rooms). Other than that, everything was perfect!

Family ski trip

This was a first ski trip for most in my family. The house is big to where a big group can spread out. It was listed as a ski in and out. It is a short walk to a path that is then a short ski to a private lift that takes you up to where you can then ski over to the main mountain and the main lift. To ski home, is more of a blue run so def not for those who are new to skiing. The home owner is quick to answer any issues. It’s an overall great stay. The only small issue is there is limited hot water for a big group who are all ready for shower at the end of the day. But there is a jacuzzi that was great to get in and rest your tired muscles after a long day of skiing. Granby is overall an excellent town for skiing. We loved it and will be back.

Truly a 5 star stay

This property and the owners truly deserve a 5 star rating. The house is exactly as represented. While the home is a rental, it is one of the best maintained homes I've had the opportunity to stay in. Everything is clearly communicated both in advance by the owners and while you are staying at the home. Their pride of ownership is clearly evident. The beds are comfortable and the sleeping arrangements are well thought out. The hot tub was clean and well prepared. The neighborhood is quiet. The location to the ski slopes also can't be beat, it's a short walk to the kicking horse lift so it really is ski in/ski out and the heated ski locker is fantastic for stowing your ski gear. The kitchen was also one of the best stocked kitchens I have had the pleasure to use in a rental. The views are also fantastic. All in all, as stated, a true 5 star experience!

Fabulous time at Granby

Owner was great. Lots of communication before and arrival at our stay. House was clean, plenty of room for the teens and littles. Everything that was needed for cooking was available. Hit the hot tub morning and evening. Ski in and out was wonderful. Teens and I utilized this every day. The heated storage room for the skis and boots on the porch made it easy to put ski gear on in the morning and take off in the evening. Location was great. Grocery store was 3 mi from home. Hot springs was 12mi away, which was great on our last day of skiing for recovery.
