At the far end of this space, there is an additional alcove with a table and bench seating, perfect for dining, playing games, or taking in the breathtaking mountain view. Furthermore, guests have access to a small private patio from this room. The accommodation includes one full bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a spa-inspired farmhouse sink. Additional in-room amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi access and cable television. This fully furnished unit, located next to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, providing the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access and is situated within Building 4 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby. The Summit condominium complex offers a common area outdoor patio with furnishings, a hot tub and BBQ area. A common area laundry room is also available. The property offers a common area patio with outdoor furniture, hot tub, BBQ area and common area laundry. For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities have a fee of $20/day and guests must be 16 and older. It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unitâs secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. In the listing it says this property has a double sofa bed. It doesnât. The couch wasnât a sofa bed and it was dirty too (see pics). It has a breakfast nook and a big bean bag chair that can turn into a very lumpy âbedâ. When we arrived there was a sign on the breakfast nook with a QR code with steps on how to covert the breakfast nook into a sleeping area however the QR code didnât work. The listing also says they have a travel crib. It doesnât. We reached out to the host about these two issues and unfortunately we were told you have to request a travel crib in advance and they initially didnât have the instructions on how to set up the bed but hours later (after we already got our kids to sleep on the floor) they sent a link. Because of this, they did refund one of our two nights. Just wanted to write this review so others donât experience the same frustrations we did. Overall, this property is cute and has great views but the sleeping arrangements for us were less than ideal the first night. I also asked about an early check in and was told they would let us know when we could get in early but heard nothing which was a bummer. 4 pm check in is too late.
