The Base Camp is a ski-in/out, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers the best of Granby Ranch year round! This lovely home is in an ideal location, steps from the base lodge, which allows for quick access to the ski lifts, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. Just head downstairs and out the back door to begin your ski or bike adventures! Perfect for families, this property sleeps up to 6 adults plus two additional children on a provided air mattress and pack-n-play.
We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.
Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels, and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, balcony and grill are available for your full use. The community pool, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round.
Granby Ranch has recently changed their policy for guest use of the community pool and community trails. Here are the details:
Pool: If you would like to use the community pool or hot tub, you will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free and this also includes access to the clubhouse, game room and fitness center. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice.
Trails: Granby Ranch is a little different from other ski resorts on federal land. Consisting of trails on primarily private land, all guests riding or hiking on either cross country trails or our lift-accessed downhill network must possess a valid pass or ticket product. Guests must also sign a waiver. Rates and tickets are available on the Granby Ranch website. One exception to this requirement is the Granby-to-Fraser trail, which does not require a pass or waiver.

Perfect for families, this property sleeps up to 6 adults plus two additional children on a provided air mattress and pack-n-play. Parking is a breeze with the heated underground garage. You can arrive at Granby Ranch, park your car, unload your bags on a luggage cart and take the elevator up to the unit. No bundling up and trudging through the ice and snow to unload for your vacation.
The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. Itâs warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain getaway. A balcony overlooking the ski hill provides space to fire up the grill or relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
After a long day on the slopes, you will find convenient storage for your gear with a dedicated storage locker available for your use on the main level of the complex. Once inside, youâll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the 2 TVs in the main living area or master bedroom.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and an outdoor grill. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot and a toaster are also in this fully stocked kitchen. There are basic spices, as well as a k-cup machine and a regular coffee maker.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Master (sleeps 2): features a king size bed, connected bathroom and TV
- 2nd bedroom (sleeps up to 3): twin over full bunk beds, twin trundle, pack-n-play and optional air mattress
- Living Area (sleeps 3): Sleeper sofa in living area and provided twin air mattress in closet
- This home has 2 full bathrooms, both include a tub and shower

The unit is located at the base of Ski Granby Ranch where you can take in skiing, swimming, snowshoeing, fat biking, fly fishing or golfing. All these activities are literally steps away and don't require you to get into your car. It is located within 25 minutes of world class skiing at winter park, 25 minutes to the entrance to the West entrance of Rocky Mountain national park and 25 minutes to Grand Lake and Granby Lake.
