Never again !!

The room was still being cleaned as we walked upstairs. The cleaning staff appologized but we appreciated them and their hard work. As for the front desk staff they were so rude and talked about other customers in front of me. I arrived at 2:40 and said hello I'm here to check in. An older woman with grey hair said check in time is 3pm very bluntly. I said ok. I guess we will sit in the car until 3. She said ok. Then when I walked back in at 3:02 another younger girl with face piercings came in for her shift. The older woman told her about how they were fully booked and not many rooms were cleaned yet and there was no way anyone could switch rooms due to occupancy and they both laughed. I felt this was rude to say in front of any customer. I worked on apartments in the past and this was unacceptable. I even switched from another local hotel to The Days inn due to the nasty weather and then having an indoor pool . The pool was so cold we only lasted a few mins in it. Having a special needs daughter with arthritis the pool was what we needed the hotel for the most. Then in the morning the breakfast room should have been opened at 6:30am . We walked down at 7:10 to a note on the door saying it was closed. The old woman was back from the front desk and rudely told the few of us waiting that the guy with the food was on the way . We finally went back down but now the line was insane. This was our anniversary weekend and it was the most disappointing experience.

Room window AC was a bit loud and needed earplugs. Spa is not a Hot Tub and was barely warm. Overall good rooms and good value. We stayed last year and would stay again.

Our Second Stay.

My family visited the town of Williams for our daughter's Fall Break. This is our second time at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay once again. Everyone is very friendly. We appreciated the free breakfast and inside swimming pool.

We reserved 2 rooms, and they were both very nice. The property and surrounding areas were also nice. My only complaints are the pool was very cold, and facilities were or looked inoperable. It could have been my oversight, but I did not realize there was no elevator. Your check in staff worked well and were able to accommodate our friend who was disabled. Thanks for a great time, Scott

Excellent property. Well up kept surrounded by beautiful nature. I stayed there for 3 days and every morning when I woke up I seen deer around the property. Staff is extremely friendly, and hot breakfast every morning. I would definitely stay again.

Great vacay!

Took my little family on our first little trip to Williams and I gotta say the room we stayed in was great. It was cozy and comfortable. The staff were also very nice and helpful when it came to me asking for family things to do! Especially with a new baby. Highly recommend this days inn hotel!
