I tried to check in at 2:30 and the guy working was like no you have to come back at 3:00. The parking lot was empty. He wouldn't even check if my room was ready. The room was great . Really clean. The staff was good after check in.

The room was recently updated, beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The only issue we had was that breakfast was not available due to the contractor not coming. They did not have a back up plan for those occurrences. This was the main reason for booking this hotel.

If you need a place to stop and stay for a night or even 2, this hotel was fantastic. The only Quam we had was the fact that the in room safe was not working and not enough was done, in our opinion, to rectify. (Either change room or have it looked at quickly). We were tired and already unpacked half our things so we were not moving rooms. Other than that, it is clean, renovated and 8000ft above sea-level so expect snow in the winter months ;)

This was our second time staying here to visit the Grand Canyon while traveling. Both times have been great. There is a gas station next door as well as a Mexican restaurant that is great. Also only a short drive into town for dining and shopping.

The Hotel guests in the room next to ours left their two dogs alone in the room and they barked until the guests showed up later that night. Rear of the hotel is not well lit and is a security issue. The property is clean. Nice breakfast Great staff
