The staff was kind and helpful from check-in to check out. The breakfast was early which is a huge plus for my family and lasted long enough to go snag a couple extras! Really warm pool and hot tub, and coffee the whole time! Will be returning!

The coffee pot in the lobby the coffee was horrible they needed to replace it so we couldn’t get coffee except at breakfast. Breakfast was OK. Kids running up and down the hall made a lot of noise at different times. If we wanted to check in a little early it was $30 more other hotels don’t do that. Staff was great but we will never stay there again.

This hotel is disgusting. Old smelly furniture, no privacy curtains on the windows, a dirty duvet cover on my bed. I’ve stayed here in the past and had a decent experience about four years ago. Not sure what has happened but I would never stay there again. They did refund my money for the week I had booked but it took them almost 30 days and they also went into my account and put a hold on over $500 for almost 2 weeks. Not sure how that was even legal for them to do. The one night that I stayed their front desk person told me that she left for almost 2 hours leaving the place completely unattended. She was frustrated because it was her first day on the job and she got no training from them they simply turned the place over to her for her first shift With no one to call her back up. Terrible hotel terrible management don’t waste your money.

There was a road closure and hence we could check in only after 6 am. The receptionist initially said we got marked as no show and had to wait 45 mts and after lot of back and forth, we got a room. Requested for a reimbursement but they couldn’t honor the same.
