"Had to wait over an hour for checkin because room was not ready. Moldy shower curtain, lumpy pillows. We just stayed one night so tolerable. Location was great. Ate dinner at the Yavapai Tavern and food was very poor, cold."

"Worst view we’ve ever had. We were looking at heating and air units on a roof. Luckily we’d seen the Grand Canyon that day earlier. Breakfast selections were limited and soooo crowded. I’m so glad I wasn’t visiting in the summer months. !!!"
