The facility had some age but was well maintained. Staff were great. We were greeted by Steven. Very pleasent person. It was great to have a facility that had dining on the premises. We left an expensive item in the room. Contacted Steven, he had staff secure it. Spoke to Lydia who made arrangements to have it shipped to us. NICE JOB. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR

Laundry room was nice. It was nice they had a change machine. Inside spa was great! The Wagon Wheel had delicious food and a delush Prickly Pear Marg!. Front desk staff helpful, courteous and most kind! Just a tad on the run down side. However, beds and linen were comfy! The bathroom tub/shower needs a little bleach attention. Great proximity to the Canyon. We were able to return for sunset and to see the full moon.

The property was clean and safe. There are a lot of tour groups here and that slowed the service (check in). It should have included breakfast, considering the price. It was our least favorite hotel on our ten day road trip, primarily due to the crowded nature, high price and lack of included breakfast.
