The facility had some age but was well maintained. Staff were great. We were greeted by Steven. Very pleasent person. It was great to have a facility that had dining on the premises. We left an expensive item in the room. Contacted Steven, he had staff secure it. Spoke to Lydia who made arrangements to have it shipped to us. NICE JOB. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR

The room is dated, but beautifully maintained. It was quiet and large. We truly enjoyed our stay in Tusayan at the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel. It was minutes from the south rim of the Grand Canyon, where we spent most of our time. We will be going back.

The place was dated and not the cleanest but made up for it with location. Quick 12 minutes drive to the GC gate. Close to Starbucks, general store and gas. Great food options and house cleaning was prompt.

The facility was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It would appear the facility was last updated in the early 2000s. Everything was functional, with adequate parking. The reason I chose a three star rather than four stars is because of the beds. We had two queen size beds. Bedding was clean, however, the mattresses were so worn that you sank lack in a cacoon. We used both beds and they were the same.
