If I could give zero stars I would consider it. I'm not sure how this establishment has positive reviews at all it was literally awful. The employees at check in were grumpy and sad. There was human hair long and very short all over the bathroom and shower. I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned in quite sometime and the towels were for sure not washed after the previous guests and had no fluff to them at all. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash were from dispensers on the wall and smelled exactly like pinesol. All the furniture in the room was beat to hell so the 100 deposit they charge is absolutely unnecessary as the damage is done prior to your arrival.The pool is closed and covered in tarps with cinder blocks holding it down. This area is very sketchy and I would absolutely not stay in this place alone. Walls are very thin and cracking everywhere. "Breakfast" left a lot to be desired. This place was miserable I didn't sleep under sheets or walk barefoot at all. I thought paying a little extra would help get a better place to stay but that was absolutely not the case here. I'd rather sleep in my car or the wilderness with the wild animals. The front desk lady when we checked out was happy and cheerful.

The rooms are cramped and run down. The bathroom is so small that it is difficult to open the door wide enough to get inside around the toilet. It looka like there may have bern a hand towel rack on the wall that is no longer there. There were just holez in the wall. It was really noisy and the insulation was poor so you could hear everything outside and in the adjacent rooms. The only good thing was that everything was clean.

This hotel was nice. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. They make amazing breakfast burritos. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall great staff, room however was dirty, footprints on the ceiling unsure how that happened and dirty walls, floor was dirty, and sheets had some stains. But it was a quiet area, couldn’t hear neighbors or anyone upstairs, my family and I had no other complaints.

Clean and comfortable…adequate

The room was clean, but only had minimal amenities. The room was a 2 queen bed room, but only had 3 towels, 1 hand towel. The freezer portion of the fridge was broken. Fairly quiet even though our room faced the interstate. This is another property that has second story rooms and no elevator. If you have bad knees or other handicaps you should request a ground floor room otherwise you will be carrying your luggage up the stairway. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and not much for gluten or sugar free options. I was able to have some vanilla yogurt and a banana. It was okay for one night.

Surprise in Flagstaff

Just what we needed for a NAU graduation. The rooms may have been the quietest we’ve ever had. Staff was nice, breakfast was all bread/cere, no protein. There was an offer for some breakfast burritos, but they were very small so order two. Walmart across the street with lots of beggars, but this did not impact our stay, we never saw them on the property, and we always felt safe. We would stay here again for sure.

Shower is filthy and disgusting! Shower leaks all over the floor, shower handle falls off, fan in bathroom is obnoxious, paint in bathroom is peeling off, dirty foot print on clean bath mat. Bed is uncomfortable, no blow dryer, Not enough towels and washcloths in room. No hot water in sink unless you let it run 10 to 15 mins. So dissatisfied!

Nice Place To Stay

It was a good place to stay if you have a day full of activities. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. We only needed a bed to crash and this did the job nicely.
