I wouldn’t bring my wife here.

To be fair, room was clean and mostly acceptable, but fabric chair was significantly stained and room showed noticeable wear. What bothered me was the indifferent check in staff, a dirty, worn elevator, a rug outside the 2nd floor elevator landing that was worn through to the backing, old, dirty interior cement walkways that looked like a Chicago subway. Very busy breakfast and only one coffee maker that was empty twice during the short time that I was there. This “name brand” hotel is privately owned and it showed. And it wasn’t inexpensive either. I was embarrassed that I made reservations for my friends. You deserve better.

I was put in a room with an extremely noisy wall unit heater/air conditioner. When asking for help with moving into another room, it was all on me. I heard, both that night and the next morning when I brought the situation to staff's attention, the mantra "I cant help you." in response to any suggestion I made to ease the situation. I wrote an email to the manager.after check out as there was no manager on-site. Its been 4 days and there has been no response. They CANT HELP YOU!

Our bathroom had black mold on the walls and the paint was peeling off. The floor in the room was dirty, our white socks ar now black. The breakfast had little healthy selections like fruit. The eggs had grainy texture. No orange juice. Must of had tourist bus in cause could hardly get to any of food stations. Dissapointed cause our son is going to NAU and we were hoping to find a rwgular spot for when we move him in-out

Do not recommend staying at this hotel. Sheets had stains on them, shower rod was broken so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, door had issues locking and didn’t seal correctly, could see right out into the hallway, front desk was rude at check-in, lobby was in terrible shape.
