Very good

Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Uses a virtual person to check in. Sound quality was poor making it difficult to understand the agent. Lost all sound and was transferred to another agent.
I booked this property based on price, location and reviews. The property is in poor condition, rooms are dirty, mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, dead bugs on the floor. The appliances were old and dirty and the key pad cover kept falling off every time we opened or closed the door. The hot tub was closed by the health department in March and hadn’t been fixed in June. There’s no staff on site. They have a kiosk that connects you to a remote employee in another country. I had to scan my ideas and I have no idea how my information was shared or secured. Based on my experience I doubt the rave reviews about cleanliness are legitimate. This feels more like a 1-star motel than an inn.
As an aside, the toilet seat needs to be fixed, as currently it is not completely secure. I tried to fix it, but did not have the proper tools with me.
Location is great, easy to walk to the shops. Room was clean. It was hard to sleep as you can really hear the other guests in the room below you, but it’s an older building so I think this is expected. The hotel is self check in, which means they send a room code to your phone with the passcode to get in. We had issues receiving our code, but called the number provided and was able to get the code. I’m giving this 3 stars becuase I prefer having the
Good small inn located only 6 minutes from uptown Sedona. Very close to many hikes and sightseeing spots. I was here for 6 days and used less than 1/3 tank of gas going out daily for hiking, work, and shopping.
The beds are so stiff! Cardboard like. I just needed to rest for a few hours and I couldn’t even sleep, my body hurt so bad in the morning. But the views are incredible and the area is nice.
Not a bad place to stay, but with no on-site staff it was a bit confusing getting into room. Another guest had issues getting into their room. We finally got hold of the owner and they sent us a text with a code to open our door, but it wasn't a pleasant experience at first. Room was comfortable
The online photos of this property are flat out false advertising! The spa was closed by the county health department In March, there was crusty dried old food under the bed. no local tv or cable channels - previous guests roku information was visible. The dumpster outside was overflowing and because if you want your room cleaned you'll have to schedule that within a very short window and if you don't "we aren't responsible for anything". (easier to do it yourself) Forget about the advertised breakfast "we don't serve breakfast of any kind!!!" The grounds are messy and generally unkept. The lighting fixtures are paper and stapled to the walls with the switches zip tied to a "shelf" next to the bed. And the smell... the odor of cleaning (I'm hoping) disinfectant was so strong we had to air the room for an hour before being able to stand it. The towel bar in the bathroom was completely missing, ( you get one small towel per person for the duration of your stay) the bathroom window was broken - and would not stay on its track - the curtains in the bathroom were 3" too short for the window. Everything in the room is dated, old and not in good condition. Worst possible outcome for the money spent. (note the night we checked in the rates online were reduced by a 1/3 of what I paid.
Place is a sham. Nothing like the pictures. We didn't stay. Was refused a refund by Expedia. Disputing. It with my credit card company. Don't stay here if you value your life. No one is there to help you. All done over the phone by third party.
