Came here on a last min trip solo, was just what I needed. Partially picked it because it had a microwave/fridge situation, and i came to Sedona to chill and hike so this was perfect. Didn’t mind the virtual check in because I sometimes arrive late. Parking lot is tight but always had a spot.
Ice machine had nugget ice and this was a nice lil perk for me.
Across main road from groceries, gas, etc and right next to some restaurants. Easy to get to/from all of Sedona. Would consider staying again.

Was in a rundown area. Did not feel safe. Did not stay, just ate the cost.
Quaint hotel. Two floors. No elevator. One block from a wonderful Whole Foods with great Buffet. Great value for the $$$. Odd electronic checkin.... which worked fine, but was a first for me. And SEDONA is AWESOME.
Check in process was difficult. I was first told to call the property for a code to access room since there was no onsite staff but when I called, I was assured their was onsite staff. It was a kiosk with a TV with someone from India who was difficult to understand. It took a long time to understand what he needed us to do. This hotel is budget and meets expectations with cleanliness and comfort. We didn't expect the Ritz. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbor snore. Overall, we were comfortable and had what we needed.
Solo traveler safe (i felt like it was), right near grocery, food, gas, etc.
Sedona is small enough that most places are “walking” or close distance enough to navigate around easily by car.
Picked this place for last min price but a plus that a fridge/coffeemaker/microwave situation was included. This is massively helpful
On roadtrips.
The virtual agent might seem odd for some but I found it easy and i checked in in under 5 mins and i appreciate late night/24 hr help because i got in late.
Would consider again.
Location is everything here. The property itself is super run-down and falling apart. Loose carpet, old saggy mattress, loose toilet, toilet paper holder fell off the wall, ice maker never had ice. But if you don't care about that stuff you'll be thrilled with the location and you really can't beat the price!

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
This hotel says it has a 24 hour front desk.... it is virtual and worthless. Ice machine broken with no help to get fixed even when requested twice, spa closed even though it was serviced, one robe in room when it was booked for two. Very disappointing.
Positives: Great location in the heart of West Sedona. Room comes with a clean bed, microwave, smart tv is a plus.
The Inn itself is outdated with broken equipment, like leaky shower head, rusty handles, broken towel holder. Jacuzzi has shot down by city inspector. There is a sitting area with some tables and chairs but that’s about it.
Cleaning staff was polite and accommodating also the remote “front desk” person.
Suggestion, don’t pay more than $80 bucks per night. Def not going back again.
