The property is tired and in need of a refit (which we understand will happen soon). Carpets are threadbare, bath didn't drain, decor old fashioned. Having said that - it was clean, had a fridge, microwave, hob and other facilities. Bed was fine. Outside it looks good. The pool area is nice and the hot tub is a good feature. Every time you went to reception you ran the risk of running into a Vortex believing, crystal gazing woman trying to get you to sign up to a 2 hour sales meeting for Hilton Points scheme. Why you would want to do this on holiday is unfathomable, let alone straight after a 20 hour journey. There is a restaurant nearby called The Colt - which is recommended, but I would suggest is entirely avoidable.

From the moment you check in until you check out the staff is amazing. The property is clean, comfortable, and we'll maintained. The pool is a great area to relax, and it's an easy walk to great food options. Being that close to Bell Rock and surrounded by natural beauty is the star of the show here.

Very comfortable location in Sedona. Village of oak creek is away from the overwhelming traffic of sedona. Good hot tub and pool.

Bell Rock Inn

Bell Rock Inn was more than I expected! Extremely clean and location was perfect in a not so busy area but with grocery store and eateries within walking distance! Staff was more than helpful. Probably the only thing we had a problem with was the signage of their buildings. The letters of the buildings were near the roof - they need to be better marked - signs at eye level. I encountered a woman after dark who couldn’t find her building either just checking in. Actually the parking lot was very dark too -suggest better lighting.

The staff at check in was extremely slow and there were a lot of people waiting. The jets in the spa did not work. But overall the property is beautiful and the location is perfect

I tried to check-in at 4 and my room was not ready. They took my phone number and said they would text me when it was ready. They forgot about me. They also charged me a $17 resort fee which was not listed in the description. Otherwise a good stay. The bathroom fan is loud and the air conditioner cannot be set below 70 degrees.
