Great little home for a quick trip to GJ. Easy parking. I need to read the description better though! I didn’t realize the 4th bedroom was in the basement with access only from the outside. It does say that, but I missed it! Buy more ceramic coffee mugs. The glass ones are easy to miss.

Great stay for my family!

This house was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler! Had everything we needed (brought our own pack and play for the toddler though) and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The beds were comfy and everything was clean when we got there. Plenty of parking and a nice, quiet neighborhood in a great location too. Would definitely stay here again!

Easter Weekend Stay

Great house in a great location with a perfect yard for our dog. Close to CMU campus which was needed. Also close to almost anything else you could have wanted, including downtown, Colorado National Monument, and a grocery store. Our family of four were also able to have a lovely Easter dinner with the amenities provided by the host.

Adorable house for 7 guests

Beautiful, clean, well-appointed home. Ample parking in back for our two vehicles (one was a Ford 250). Great location close to everything in Grand Junction! Very receptive host; easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
