Elevator has been down for two weeks and the hotel staff never contacted us to let us know that the elevators would not be operating for our stay. We were on the 3rd floor. The fitness center was not open. The attached restaurant was closed for maintenance. The carpeting was ripped out of all of the stairways. Breakfast was very limited options. Would not recommend this hotel. Staff didn’t offer a discount due to lack of amenities either.

We are very sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with your stay at our hotel. The elevator broke down unexpectedly and we are doing everything in our power to get it fixed and are so sorry you did not get notice about it before your visit. The other items you listed are under construction due to the hotel getting a remodel that we are very excited about but sorry it interrupted your recent stay. We extend our heartfelt apologies for not providing you with a top notch stay but we appreciate you staying with us on this visit, and we sincerely hope that you will give us another chance in the future to restore your faith in our hotel and hospitality.

The person who checked us in barely said anything - just asked for id and credit card. Then when he was finished checking me in, didn’t tell me my room number, where the elevator was, info about breakfast; literally nothing aside from have a nice day. The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner smelled musty when I turned it on and it made a terrible squeaking noise as well as was just plain LOUD.
