Très bon accueil et des employés avenants et très professionnels, nous avons eu une mésaventure avec notre voiture de location et ce sont les employés de l'hôtel qui ont tout réglés. De superbes chambres et propres. Et très bon petit dejeuner !

We'll visit again

A really nice stay near the Grand Valley State campus and within a 10-minute drive of the Grand Rapids Public Museum and Meijer Gardens. The TV remote was difficult to use and the bathroom and closet shared a single sliding door that always left one of them exposed, but otherwise the room was comfy and convenient. We'll visit again.

This place was awesome. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and well maintained hotel property. Was totally pleased with my experience here. I will stay here again whenever in the Grand rapids area.

There needs to be more handicap parking spaces I felt bad for my wife because she’s disabled and has muscle and lung disease and she has to take frequent breaks

This is a nice hotel. Room had some dog hair on the furniture, pool towels were very hard to come by. Need to pay more attention to detail
