As soon as went in the room there were dirty towels in the bathroom of that room so I went downstairs to let them know and I was moved to a different room. … but when I inspected that room there were blood stains on the pillows !! I have pictures and the sleep sofa cot had stains all on it !! When I told the night staff she gave me a new pillow but it left me feeling like what if this blood is elsewhere and this room needs to be sterilized!! I was then very uncomfortable when I found the bloody pillow because they should have moved me or something, The next morning I reported incidents to the GM and he apologized and said he would take half off but then said he couldn’t because I booked with hotels.com !! That was very disappointing but even if he couldn’t do that then he could have done something because we had to get extra bedding to cover the current bedding in that room just to be comfortable sleeping or even touching anything in that room !!

Needs some good updates to the building. New caulk job needs to be done. Shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Couch was very outdated and very worn down and old seen better days. Tv system also needs updating very outdated as well tried to play my gaming system during the stay and couldn’t since the whole tv set up was outdated

The staff I meant was amazing and nice. If not paying attention, you will miss the turn in for the hotel which is nicely tucked away. The breakfast had options but it’s pretty limited and just okay. They do have good coffee though. The room was clean minus a little normal dust. Control of temperature was easy and accessible. The only downfall is the sound quality. You can loudly hear doors slamming, people outside, and in the other rooms attached. Recommend that if you’re a light sleeper to bring some headphones or earplugs.

The beds are so tall our dog fell off the bed and broke his leg. We had to check out saterday moring to come home to go see our vet and schedule surgery for our dog. I know since i booked through expedia they couldnnt do anything like a refund they did take off the pet fee but didnt offer anything else this stay going to cost me $8000 to $10000 for our dog surgery as his leg is broke right at his elbow

The room was clean, the pool area & hot tub was small but it worked just fine. Breakfast was pretty standard but that’s expected from any hotel that offers free breakfast. We ordered food and it was delivered to our hotel room door. Staff was nice and pleasant
