Séjour agréable en général
Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HotelsChambre spacieuse, propre et moderne mais n'est pas trop bien insonorisée (proche des animations donc calme à partir de 23h)
Personnel correct.
Repas correct mais répétitif, dommage de mettre des fruits en plastiques avec les vrais même si c'est pour faire de la décoration. Déçue du restaurant à la carte grec car c'est la même chose qu'au buffet mais présenté autrement.
Hôtel propre et entretenu qui respect l'écologie, mise en place d'un système de caution sur les verres à la piscine pour éviter que les gens les abandonnent.

Arrivés plein d'enthousiasme avec 2 enfants de 5 ans et 1 an, les 6ers jours furent catastrophiques. Les 2ères chambres qui nous ont été attribuées n'étaient pas dignes d'un 4* comme annoncé au moment de la réservation. Encore moins par rapport au prix payé pour ce séjour. 2* seraient proches de la réalité. Nous avons tenté d'expliquer cette désillusion aux personnes de la réception qui n'ont pas eu l'air franchement émus par notre désarroi. La 2ème chambre était encore pire que la 1ère malgré un "the check is OK" de leur part. Nous avons donc contacté Expédia pour savoir comment quitter ce lieu après une nuit particulièrement difficile (voisins du dessus qui quitte leur chambre en pleine nuit sans aucun respect du bruit, femmes de chambre qui débarquent à 07h en déplaçant les lits dans tous les sens). 1 seul appel d'Expédia a suffi à régler ce problème, la 3ème chambre fût enfin digne d'un 4*. Mais quelle (mauvaise) surprise de découvrir qu'1 partie de l'hôtel possède des chambres modernes et que l'autre partie possède des chambres datant de 10 ou 15 ans sans aucune rénovation. Pour 1 prix équivalant c'est complètement surréaliste ! Nos vacances ont donc réellement démarré le 16 pour une arrivée le 10. Dommage car notre note aurait était bien meilleure. Mentions spéciales pour Lina et Nitza au restaurant. Points positifs : la qualité de la restauration proposée, les crêpes d'Alina à 2€, piscines / toboggans, le SPA, proximité de belles plages, BROS à 50m pour loc voiture

Très beau resort, bien entretenu, dans un cadre magnifique. Bel espace aquatique (3 piscines dont 1 pour les adultes hyper calme et toujours déserte!). Equipe d'animation extra sans être trop présente, spectacles de très bonne qualité. Chambres très confortables, spacieuses et propres. Seule la salle de bain est défraichie (baignoire vieillote, cuvette des toilettes hors d'âge... mais moins que le sèche-cheveux). La nourriture et les boissons sont le point faible de l'hotel : si vos enfants seront ravis de se nourrir de pates, frites et pizzas, vos papilles d'adulte apprécieront sans doute moins les plats, vraiment pas terribles (genre cantine d'entreprise) et encore moins les desserts (immangeables). Heureureusement que le buffet salades est, lui, délicieux. Même remarque pour les cocktails (gratuits) : faits avec de l'alcool bas de gamme, et pas plus de 5 cocktails dispos sur la carte. Par ailleurs, si l'hotel est au bord de la mer, il n'y a pas de plage (mais celles de Kos sont à 6 km et on peut y aller en bus très facilement). Enfin, c'est un resort familial, essentiellement occupé par des familles allemandes avec très jeunes enfants. Du coup, pas forcément idéal pour les ados.

Hotel and experience was really good. Great for families and young kids
Staff were outstanding and only slight negative was some areas looked a bit tired and in need of some tlc but overall very good
