loved the sea view bungalow we stayed in! it was modern and close to a pool as well as dinning and the beach!!! however, i didn't think the other rooms looked as up to date. I didn't see the inside but the outside looked a little ran down

Worst experience ever for a 5 star hotel

Its my worst trip so far. The room allocated to me was fly infested and a bird nest right in front of our door with bird poop all over the front of our room and the birds flying over our heads as we entered and left the room which made me very uncomfortable. I also had over 20 flies on the ceiling of the room. I requested for a room swap but was told it was impossible. This i did at about 3pm on friday and then 11pm. The first time i was told there wasnt any availability until the next day. Whan we got to the room later in the evening, i was accused of coming to later to complain so my room will have to be sprayed at past midnight after waiting for over an hour. Ibwas also offered a sister hotel at past midnight. Nothing was done until i brought out my phone to record. I didn't get any audience until about 2am and didn't do to bed until about 4am when they offered me a room. Porter even mentioned that i will be moved again after 2 nights and i said no. This is unacceptable and made my experience really unpleasant and was unsettled for the first 2 days.

This is a perfect hotel for solo travellers. I would definitely visit again but in early summer as the majority of the excursions, bars and boat trips were shut as it was approaching off season. This is definitely a 4* hotel (not 5* yet) I think the food in the main restaurant lets it down. Pro's: - Clean and tidy room and a lovely modern bathroom with daily house keeping. - Beachfront hotel with multiple pools, lounge area's and daytime/evening activities for all ages. - Excellent customer service from all staff *(Jeta, Andreas, Vasileios, Arland and Erion)* Cons: - Extremely difficult to get a booking at the A la Carte restaurants (I had to repeatedly speak to the restaurant management to get 1 on my final day). - 1 hour taxi ride/2 hour bus ride to the main Old town/Airport

Oh I have so much to say about this hotel it's literally unreal. Firstly I would like to start with the only positive which was most staff was really nice really friendly smiley and helpful few from the Crepe place was really annoying as they take order and forget about you and loads of people come and go and your still waiting then when it finally comes cause you get up and tell them they forget your knife and fork then they forget your drink I was very angry that day for the service they provided. There is also a young girl who smiles at you and as soon as she walks away gives a dirty look she saw me looking when she kept doing it. Next the rooms like its so bad that it was falling apart the sockets were coming off literally from the wall with our chargers. The toilet wouldn't flush there was ant infestation in the room everyday it was disgusting I found ant in the bed 3 times which made me itch all night. I called the front desk waited more then an hour no one showed then called again and told them i have been waitinf and not putting my son to sleep cause of them they came sprayed something which did not work. The hotek is not sound proof like I don't want to hear the couple upstairs having sex it was just disgusting and uncomfortable. The pool was all around the hotel which is a journey from one to the other which was not nice. It took us literally 10min to get to the main area everyday for food. Pools are small for the amount of people they have. The beach is not 2min
