The attached casino, pool, hot tub and onsite dining helped make this a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and very nice with exceptionally comfortable beds

Publié le 17 janv. 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunately we had a fire in our outside wood burner & were unable to stay in our home with no heat during the frigid temperatures. This was obviously an unexpected & unfortunate event but the Radisson employees were eager to assist us in every aspects. They made us feel at home during this difficult time.The room was spotless, the service was the best I’ve ever encountered and our meals were worth every Penny. Best. Hospitality. Ever!!

Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HotelsHave stayed here many times on casino trips. Rooms are nicely equipped with a refrigerator and coffee maker, but the floor was definitely the most filthiest ever. Really needed a good cleaning which definitely wasn’t done prior to our arrival. Disappointed.

Heat issues
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HotelsEnjoyed the stay but had issues with turning the heat up. Never went above 70 in the room even though we turned the heat up. We turned the fan on to kick in extra heat but the fan was much louder than normal hotel heat/ac. With only light bed covering, it needed to be a little warmer or an extra blanket.
