Motel quality at hotel price. Room was extremely damp humid, with some moist linens, the AC emitted rusty metallic odor. We were given a different room after complaining - thank you. The second room at least not damp, but the two large insects were certainly not welcome for us. Rusty radiators, 1960s feel. No breakfast, instead a Keurig only in the lobby. I realize the Greenport area is pricey, but I expected more for the $490/night. Will never return to this “motel”.

Well, I wanted to like this place, but the longer we stayed the more little things we found. Asked housekeeping to address something, they didn't. Asked to have the fire pit lit, 1st told igbwss too late (it was not), then story changed to mechanical issue. Loaner bicycle had steering issues. To be fair, the young lady who check us in Friday afternoon was very nice.

The hotel was nice, we were able to walk to everything.We loved that the pool and hot tub were still open late in September...There was a nice fire pit with chairs to sit around too.. Would definitely stay here again .

We stayed here for a wedding at one of the beautiful vineyards on the North Fork. I have to say we were very impressed. The Greenporter is a small boutique hotel with quaint decor that is peaceful and welcoming. The rooms had all the amenities you need with lots of lighting if you wish and very comfortable beds. The town is also very quaint too. We walked to Goldbergs for bagel sandwiches and coffee in the morning that were great and enjoyed the whole experience in Greenport.

I thought that it was a wonderful stay. Pretty clean and neat a little outdated but eventually they’re going to be redoing the whole place, including the restaurant. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and friendly. We would certainly go back.

It was a decent room. Nothing fancy. Bathtub/shower was difficult to get into. Very slippery and no grab bars to hold on to. View from the windows was at a picket fence two feet away from the widow on one side of the room and a not so neat side yard and chain link fence 3 feet away from the window on the other side of the room.

Perfect place to stay in Greenport

We had a wonderful stay at the Greenporter. The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is in a perfect location for visiting wineries. We hope to visit again soon!
