Our needed simple maintenance. Arm on office chair needed tightening. Shower curtain rod needed repair. Shelf needed to be screwed into wall. Two story with no elevator.

Staff was polite. The facility was dirty and smelled awful. The shower in my room did not work. Secured doors to exterior did not lock properly.

Water pressure for showers was almost none existent

It is a good night's stay for the price. The bed was comfy. The breakfast met our needs. We really appreciate a place that welcomes our dog too! The shower was pretty pitiful and please fix your ice maker! It has been broken for over a month now.
