I walked through door to my room and immediately was hit with this overwhelming bleach smell, it was so bad my eyes were burning. Then the heater was left on @86 degrees, it took all afternoon for it to cool off. Then next day I noticed the white comforter was filthy with dark stains on the edges of white comforter. Upon further inspection the whole thing was unlaundered. I was gonna ask for a new room when I got back that evening but the lobby was fool of people trying to get on the elevators that are old and slow, and the front desk was doing double duty with laundry; she was folding towels and stacking them in the lobby sofas! The breakfast was also terrible: no toaster, no condiments, uncooked waffles that were unappetizing to look at. I thought Hyatt was supposed to be a better hotel, this was a low class motel. I will say, the staff were always friendly and greeted you at front desk or in hallways.

Hotel overall was dirty. Bugs in water pitcher. Floor dirty in lobby and elevator. Food floor greasy. Incredibly loud at night. Toilets flushing, people walking. Could hear everything. At breakfast all 5 coffee carafes were empty. Frozen meal from the little store was $20….just over all a disappointing stay.

The room is spacious and in good condition. However some members of the staff have a bit of an attitude as if you are disturbing them from what they are doing. The front desk area behind the counter is full of strange equipments, including a watering can. We spent 4 days there, on arrival the tissue box was empty and housekeeping never came in to make the bed, empty the garbage cans or check on the toilet paper situation. We took out the garbage ourselves. There are many hotels out there and hopefully I will not use Hyatt again.

The room was noticeably dirty upon my arrival. Under the sink counter, I found a used face round, chapstick, a wrapper, and another unidentifiable item. The next morning, I informed the front desk and asked that the area be properly cleaned. However, when I returned later that evening, not only were those items still there, but even the small trash bin by the sink had not been emptied. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and the lack of follow-through.

Safe and convient location however the hotel itself is not very clean. Guest elevators and hallways were not clean - spilled liquids that had dried up as well as debris. Upon checking in, our room was not properly cleaned. We immediately noticed a large clump of hair on floor and then noticed hair on the bed sheets, and bathroom sink. It also seemed like the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned as there were pieces of bar soap and water rings still on the counter. The front desk agent was very professional and asked if we'd like to see the room before she moved us. That room was much cleaner and we appreciated her resolving the issue quickly.

James checked us in on 11/15 and was absolutely kind and courteous! We were only there for one night for a soccer tournament and he made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond! Will definitely stay here again on our next tournament weekend!
