Lots of deferred maintenance in this old property. Bed was ok, but even sheets were old. The “free” breakfast was simple with little taste— the same every morning and separated from elegant brunch for the public. Very strange arrangement.

I loved staying at Armida Hotel. Recently I have noticed how the upkeeping of the rooms is declining. For the first time, I upgraded my room to a King room. The rooms in that area are outdated, toilet seats stained, noisy a/c unit, remote control not compatible with Tv, smell of cigarette and to top all the inconveniences, the bed was hard and VERY uncomfortable. I am sorry to give such a poor review. I chose Armida over many other hotels nearby and I have regretted it since I walked into my room. The only thing that I enjoyed was the delicious restaurant food and their service.
