NEIN! No free parking (website is a lie)

Website and description indicated free parking only to be told nope. Hotels.com was contacted they NEVER responded. Lost faith in this site after this trip

Alles in allem für den Preis total in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war modern und schön ! Leider war der Teppich nicht sauber und auch nicht richtig gesaugt. Auch die Abstellflächen waren noch von den Vorgängern verschmiert. Hätte man sicher gründlicher reinigen können. Im Bad ging das Licht nicht auszuschalten, somit lief auch der Lüfter die komplette Nacht durch (die Tür war zu schließen somit hat es uns nicht gestört) ! Das frühstück war wirklich nett , auf Nachfrage gab es sogar vegane alternativen! Das hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich!

Wir haben ein ungeputztes Bad übergeben bekommen. Eingetrocknete Urinllache vor der Toilette. Leider lag auch Müll unter dem Bett. Vom Reinigungszustand her Katastrophe.

Hotel entsprach den Erwartungen. Direkte Innenstadtlage. Bhf in 150m. Parken etwas schwierig. Ausländische Gastronomie ortstypisch vorhanden. Familien-Zimmer war groß, ruhig, sauber, Klimaanlage ging. Für einen reinen Stop-Over alles ok. Hatten kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft.

Beim Check-In sollte das freie Zimmer vor 15:00 Uhr 15 EUR extra kosten, Im Bad fremde lange Haare und die Dusche lässt sich nicht schließen. Vor dem Fenster rauchen Mitarbeiter und der Rauch zieht ins Zimmer. Fahrstuhl ging bei Abreise nicht. Umgebung rein nicht-diverse Gastronomie.

freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und gutes Frühstück- Da wir spät angereist sind, hätten wir gerne noch eine Flasche Wein an der Rezeption gekauft. Den gab es leider nicht. In den umliegenden Kiosken auch nicht. Aber das das soll dann trotzdem keine Kritik sein. Eher ein Hinweis...zumal im Werbefilm des BB ja dafür geworben wurde. Beste Grüße Bernd Zwickert
