I have paid for 2 rooms and also add another room at the time we checked in. Everything went fine at that time. The hotel was with minimal staff due to the offseason. They treated us well and provided with good food. The only complain I have about the kitchen is that they did not have any alcoholic beverages. They say they are in the offseason and the bar is completely closed. I stayed 3 nights and the first vacation I had without any alcohol. It was not the best experience. The most terrible thing was that when I was checking out, they changed to my credit card including the cost that I have already paid via Expedia. They claim they have not received any payments from Expedia. I did call Expedia at that time, and the agent explained that I do not have to pay them at all since everything taking care of by Expedia. Expedia tries to call the hotel while I am was on the phone with them; however, they could not contact them due to some phone issues at the hotel. This completely ruined our day and did not get to do the things we were planning to that day. Even the hotel promises us to refund the money in the end; they took over 2 weeks for that. During those 2 weeks, we called them many times and they keep gave us a runaround. It was very unprofessional on their part and do not recommend this hotel.
Check in was fast, and welcoming. Room was "So-So" but I have had better for half the price in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam or Malaysia. Surrounding area was devoid of any life, nothing, no food centres, boring. Hotel had few guests which gave it a weird lonely feeling.
