Location was perfect for what we needed. We were disappointed when we opened up the folding bed in the couch to find dirty gross sheets. Luckily we found cleaner ones in the closet
also the cups were disgusting. Poured ourselves water and began drinking it only to find weird crap in the glass. We all also took showers and found two dead ants inside the washcloths. So if you’re staying here I’d check sheets and Towels before trusting that they are clean. Other than that the stay was ok.

A Cozy Home away from home is exactly what this place is and Joshua is a wonderful host. We love this place and have plans on staying here again with several visits to Hamburg. It was our second time at the place and we will continue to come back when it is available for our travel plans.

Perfect for being close to my family. Host was excellent and great communicator. Not a place I would want to spend time in, no views, on a main street, but good bed and nice bathroom.Filthy rug going upstairs, yet understand that other rooms are rentals.

Love this place!

What a great place to stay in Hamburg! It’s close to everything and easy to get in and out of with our vehical. The inside is tidy and comfortable and it’s wonderful to have all the comforts of home for our stay! Couldn’t recommend more highly! Go Bills!

Cozy, comfortable and great location

We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. Location was perfect, only a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and stores in Hamburg, and only about 20 minutes from Buffalo. It was everything we needed for the 7 nights we stayed. Thank you so much!

My wife and me really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was as advertised and very convenient to town / Hilbert College. The bed was “HUGE” and very spacious. It is close to everything Hamburg, NY!We highly recommend this host and place as Joshua did an excellent job with communications.
