Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Private entrance from the back orchard deck along with a private entrance onto the front river side deck. Suite consists of king bed, queen pull out, and twin pull out. Master bath with shower and utility area with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer and dryer. Both decks include table and chairs. Back deck has a gas grill. Lots of yard/orchard space to enjoy.

A wonderful 1 night get-away after geode hunting with my boys. We loved the backporch and having a secluded back yard for tossing a frizbee after a long day in a quarry. The house was adorable and the views into the river valley were so peaceful. Just around the corner from Wildcat Park where we hiked down to a quiet fishing hole at the base of the bluff. The kids loved the one room studio- the place was emaculate while keeping the historic charm. We enjoyed the view of the river at night. Happy we found such a special place!

This place was soooo nice. Very clean- the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Well stocked- so cute and great location for rockhounding ! We hit 3 different places all within a 20 min radius. Great coffee and restaurants in Keokuk. The river is right there- beautiful view! The kind bed was comfortable! Would def return to this place in the future! Great little weekend vacay if you like being outdoors!

Wonderful mostly secluded location near river and small towns. Very clean and comfortable.

Private and very clean location. King bed was SOOO comfortable to relax and sleep in. Roomy bathroom. Just like staying in a fancy hotel. If was staying longer would have preferred more than a mini fridge. Since no kitchen we made due with doing dishes in shower & sink with a small wash tub. Possibly a small utility sink in laundry storage room would be beneficial. Brought an electric griddle to make our food a few times. Otherwise a perfect location with nice views on both of the spacious porches.

Very organized little space

The space was clean and well organized. Huge backyard with a fire pit. Covered porch that we were able to watch the storms roll in. The only negative is that the river view was what sold us on the property but because the house is split in two, the other tenants were using it. Since the patio furniture sat in front of our French doors we had to keep the blinds closed and weren’t able to enjoy the view. Amazing location though!
