Lazy Loon Cottage is a Charming KEUKA LAKE cottage with amazing views!

"Lazy Loon Cottage" is situated on the scenic east side of KEUKA LAKE in the heart of the FINGER LAKES, a private lot with a LEVEL LAKEFRONT beach. Once you see the view you will understand why we fell in love with this cottage. This cozy getaway is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sunrises and the best sunsets you could imagine while taking in Keuka Lake's Bluff Point view with views spanning almost the entire lake in both directions. Located in a private beach community, you will quickly understand why they call it Crystal Beach when you see the crystal blue water and amazing lake front beach just steps from the cottage!

Our cottage has just been beautifully remodeled inside and out!

The property is level with only a few steps from the cottage to the beach. The lake is warm and shallow and is perfect for children. There is plenty of yard space in the front and back for children to play. You are also welcome to use our two Kayaks and Canoe.
Lazy Loon Cottage is conveniently located just down the street within walking distance of two great wineries and a short drive to other wineries breweries, and distilleries in the area. Also located close by to great restaurants that you can drive or boat to!

This cottage is great for vacationing during all four seasons. Central heating/ AC system for the entire cottage will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays and cool during the summer. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. The Lazy Loon Cottage is the perfect fall or summer retreat!

*We had a very successful listing with a previous cottage on a nearby lake and decided that Keuka Lake was where we ultimately wanted to be. We are excited to share our brand newly remodeled cottage looking over the best part of the lake! Our goal is to make sure your vacation is an amazing experience!

Awesome Weekend getaway

OMG what a wonderful place to unwind and relax!! The cottage was perfect for myself and husband to “runaway” from our weekly grind. The cottage had everything we needed and was well stocked with all you could want to make yourself dinner or just a snack. Communication with the owner was great! They made sure to check on us to make sure we had checked in okay as well as inform us of the polar bear swim party being held that weekend at the restaurant up the road : ) The cottage was extremely clean well maintained and comfortably furnished. You can tell that the owners take great pride in this property. It is truly beautiful and the views from the deck are amazing! Wish the weather had been nicer but the cottage was so cozy it was perfect to hang out and veg! Hope to be able come back soon and fully enjoy the deck and the lake.

Lovely Stay at the Lazy Loon!

Beautiful cottage with stellar views! This home provided a quiet refuge during our most recent trip to Keuka Lake. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It has been beautifully renovated. Cozy Cabin lake front

Adorable, cozy cabin directly on the lake. It was unseasonably chilly while we were there, so we didn’t take advantage of some of the extra amenities like the outdoor area and fire pit, but it was very inviting. Only thing is to be prepared to make all your beds when you arrive. That may have been on the listing, but I didn’t remember as we booked so far in advance. Overall, great stay!

Exceeded Expectations

We've been visiting the Finger Lakes for about 10 years now and have stayed at quite a few cottages. This cottage, by far, was the cleanest and well-appointed place we have stayed. From start to finish, the process was so easy. With one family member having some mobility issues, the single level floor plan made navigating the cottage easy and comfortable for them. No hills, easy parking, great view from the deck, what more can you ask for? We did appreciate the owner reaching out to us to make sure all was good and it was more than good, it was fantastic. We spent most of our time relaxing on the deck as we had great weather, made a few meals and just enjoyed ourselves. So thank you again for having us and we look forward to coming back in 2025.

Charming Cottage, Great Location

My husband and I have stayed at Lazy Loon several times now and will keep coming back. Cottage has always been very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Spectacular view of the lake. Owner is very responsive and communicates instructions well. Check in and out are seamless. We have had zero issues staying here. It's my happy place.

Perfect lake cottage vacation

Accomodations were perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room and the location to stores, breweries and wineries, Corning Museum were ideal for us. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable lake vacation!

Keuka Lake Family Escape

The cottage has been completely redone. Vinyl planking flooring and wide open to Keuka Lake. My grandson was just footsteps away from the water which was shallow and clear. It’s waist high at the end of the dock. We had many hours of floating. The owner of the cottage answered any questions we had within minutes of sending. We highly recommend this home.

Absolutely amazing!

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! The moment you walk in you are greeted with a fantastic view of the lake. The interior was so inviting and exactly like pictured and the fully stocked kitchen enabled us to create fantastic meals. The beds are so comfortable we slept great. The only request would be to add a second umbrella to the deck seating area for sun protection. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely consider a future stay!

Fantastic views and well-stocked cottage

Adam & Melissa's clean, well-maintained & well landscaped cottage is situated right across from "The Bluff," which we feel is a superb view. Enjoyed kayaking in clean and shallow Keuka Lake. Loved watching birds & their chicks -- our "daily regulars" -- swimming by; also bald eagles, osprey, mergansers, kingfishers; fun watching boats go by & seaplanes flying overhead from the very spacious deck. Nice, modern decor & appliances (we don't like "stuffy"). Adam and Melissa were VERY responsive and kind. We still had a problem figuring out the smart TVs, which I chalk up to our inexperience. A minor issue with the lock not working due to dead batteries was resolved in less than 5 minutes! We appreciated the fact that it was OFF the main highway on an charming little lane -- very shady, private, friendly neighbors, nice for evening walks. I do like to cook some fresh meals when on vacation, even for our dog, and found the kitchen not only well-stocked, but modern and new. The organic feel of the live-edge hardwood tables was "on point." It was fun driving to the Dutch grocery and farm stands about 15 minutes away. Hammondsport has a great feel with Depot Park and old historic homes. Athough we didn’t use the spare rooms, this cottage can easily accomodate a large family. Our small service dog loved playing in the backyard, and we loved the fire pit and glorious sunsets on display in front of us at night. Thank you, Melissa and Adam for your hospitality. We'd love to return.
