Immense chambre avec cuisine et salon. Très propre! Nous avons manqué notre avion et l’hôtel a automatiquement déplacé notre nuit sans frais. Le personnel a été très sympathique et nous a vraiment aidé pour l’organisation. Un peu loin du centre d’Hanoi, mais nous avons apprécié le calme d’être reculé un peu.

Logement spacieux , bien équipé, belle piscine et salle de sport ,très calme , mais un peu excentré , pas important vu le prix des taxis

Très moyen, très décu

Le management est à revoir. Personnel à l’accueil et au petit déjeuner peu accueillant et pas du tout à l’écoute des clients. À mon arrivée, ils m’ont mis dans une chambre sans balcon alors que j’avais réservé et déjà payé (+ cher) pour une chambre avec balcon. Après avoir protesté ils m’ont installé dans une chambre avec balcon en me disant que j’avais de la chance car il reste des chambres avec balcon...Après avoir déballé et rangé mes affaires, ils m’ont déménagé dans une autre chambre avec balcon en me disant qu’elle était mieux, personnellement je n’ai vu aucune différence... Autre anecdote, ils fournissent 2 bouteilles d’eau par jour et j’en consommais qu’une par jour. Ayant oublié d’emporter l’une des bouteilles avant partir en excursion, j’avais demandé au petit déjeuner si je pouvais avoir une bouteille, l’un des managers m’a répondu que la bouteille sera payante car non comprise dans le petit déjeuner. Bref, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel soit si bien noté pour un 4 étoiles... Un conseil, ne prenez pas leur navette pour le transfert à l’aéroport qui est facturée 800 000 VND alors que pour n’importe quel taxi, il vous coûtera au maximum 300 000 VND. Quelques points positifs positifs quand même: -Très belle piscine. -Navette gratuite pour le centre ville -Le femme de ménage et l’une des serveuses, Mme Dung, qui se sont montrées particulièrement attentionnées.

However, allow us to clarify some points of misunderstanding here: - About the room & balcony: kindly be noted that we noted very clearly on all online channels including Hotels.com about the balcony since our 1BR types & Studio have both rooms with & without balcony, so we never confirm about the balcony on web, it's subject to room availability. In the other hand, our 2BR types have balcony in all units so we confirm about the balcony on website very clearly. We don't know which room type you stayed but it seems some misunderstanding happened here. - About the water bottle: we set up complimentary ones in fridge in room but water bottle in restaurant is at charge based on hotel policy. We're sorry that our restaurant staffs couldn't provide you water bottle free as per your request. - About the air-port transfer fee: the fee is applied based on our hotel policy as 4 Star hotel so it might be higher than taxi/Grab fee since we will provide service with preparation in advance (name signage/private drive/big car if needed). The guest has choice to choose our hotel service or outside service. Confort et calme.

Dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel à Hanoï, séjour de 4 nuits dans cette résidence hôtelière au calme, en retrait du centre ville. Comme décrit dans un précédent avis, seul manquent peut-être un vrai bar et un business center si vous vous déplacez seul; c'est néanmoins plus que compensé par le calme et le confort des lieux, très appréciables dans le quartier. Très bon restaurant malgré l'aspect (parfois) un peu cantine. Résidence idéale pour un séjour en famille, je recommande absolument pour ce type de déplacements.

Try another place you can possibly win

Very disappointing, this place is very old fashioned, must have been good 15 years ago. The AC was only blowing warm air. The bedroom locked itself and I had to get housekeeping to unlock it. The fitness center is not only equipped with old machines but offers a very low ceiling that tall people could hit while on the thread mill needless to say I will not repeat this experience not even mentioning the extorsion price.

c'est plutot une residence appart otel qu'un hotel. Si on est seul on se retrouve dans un appartement de 90m2, qui est tres bien. Mais c';est un peu mort. Pas vraiment de bar et de monde le soir. Parfait si vous etes en famille, moins si vous etes seul.
