Beautiful property, a nice gym and pool, the food was delicious and such an amazing spread on the buffet, and the staff were all top notch!! I recommend staying here, and there’s plenty of English if that’s your first language

A classy 5 star hotel with everything you could want available..fantastic huge room with nice kitchen and great view...fabulous swimming pool gym and sauna. Staff eager to assist and amazing breakfast buffet.. Jenny was most helpful . Ideal for families with children and couples like us.

Fantastic location. Outside of the old town with its own vibe. Great restaurants, lovely area to walk but a quick ride to the old quarter. Beautiful large rooms and apartments with a fantastic pool. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Great breakfast.

Terrific Stay in Hanoi

We had a wonderful stay at Elegant Suites. The room was excellent with an incredible view of the lake. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.
