The staff were fantastic. They were very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and made us feel welcomed every day. We enjoyed the variety of foods available each morning for breakfast with excellent service, and the location of the hotel was perfect for access to restaurants and local attractions. Staff are super friendly and accommodating! Our room has an internal window but still tucked in a very quiet location. Very clean and well decorated. Really loved the complimentary fruits. I want to mention Jolie who has super nice during our check in and the way she explained the famous locations and also tips on buying the dried fruits…we really appreciated it. This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star for us! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Next time we will come back to Hanoi, we will stay here!

We recently stayed at L'Hotel and everyone was super warm, welcoming and nice. Excellent customer service from everyone especially Lily, Dulcie, Jolie and the gentlemen at the front desk. The hotel is a cute boutique hotel right in the middle of the old quarter. Location and service can't be beat!
