Welcome to the The Hatteras Ketch at Villas of Hatteras Landing by KEES Vacations!
Returning to KEES Vacations in 2026 with fresh new flooring and newly painted walls!
A getaway within a getaway awaits in Hatteras, at the quiet southern end of Hatteras Island. After a scenic drive down Highway 12, you arrive in a small coastal village shaped by fishing traditions, salty air, and a slower pace of life. Here, the Villas of Hatteras Landing offer a peaceful home base at the edge of it all.
This comfortable one bedroom condo features a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests. Coastal inspired decor reflects the maritime heritage of the Outer Banks, while flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home or reheat leftovers from nearby seafood spots.
When you are ready to explore, Hatteras offers plenty to discover. Visit the iconic lighthouse, explore the maritime museum, or head out for fishing, diving, or time on the water. Every experience is rooted in the natural beauty and history of the island.
Guests also enjoy the convenience of an on site office with friendly local staff available to help with recommendations and anything needed during your stay.

**Our private unheated outdoor community pool is available, weather permitting, year-round. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Pool temperatures vary greatly depending on the season.**
