There is not a front desk in the building and the property is not a hotel. The neighborhood does not look safe and the building conditions from outside are very bad (for this reason we decided not to spend the night there).

Hello DanielYour behavior is unfortunate, it speaks of the kind of person you are and you have made the decision to lie in light of our refusal to refund you for not showing up at our property.You never arrived at our apartment despite having been waiting for you until 04:00 to give you the keys, which makes your story even more outrageous. We gave you thousands of alternatives for you to check-in and seeing that we were always willing to search a solution to welcome you, you make this review to damage our image and reputation.Since you never arrived and you can't talk about our apartment, you wanted to gut our building and our neighborhood and unfortunately you're wrong again, our building is impeccable in the very center of Havana and luckily the comments of other guests, are proof more than enough of the comfort of our apartment and the quality and seriousness of the service we offer.Keep moving like this through life that surely there will be someone to take care of you.Good luck

La verdad no tengo nada negativo que decir excelente ubicacion el trato super bueno nos atendio osmany una persona muy edycada y agradable dicho esto es recomendable esta estnacia al 100% ya de ahora en adelante es mi estancia cada ves que vuelva
