Kapalua Bay Villa
Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation was great with lots of pristine beaches and snorkeling spots close by. The villa itself was clean and easy to access. Some of the patio furniture was worn from the elements but that was about it. Overall a great area to stay in if you like a quiet relaxing place.

Fantastic Views
Publié le 7 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is wonderful. The view is beautiful and you can hear the ocean crashing near by. The linens and furnishings were very nice.
I would highly recommend. The only thing is that when they say 10:00 check out, they mean it. We had a cleaning person knocking on our door at 10 sharp. It would be nice to have an 11 or 12:00 check out.
But that’s the only thing I would change. Fantastic unit!!

Kapalua Bay Villas (January 2024)

Wonderful Location in Paradise!
Publié le 10 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time and the condo was just as described. Really enjoyed the quiet gated community and the hiking along the shore located just behind the house. Really enjoyed watching the surfers on the empty beach (short walk).
The house was clean and just as described. Hosts made everything easy. Thank you!

Luxury rental with great views
Publié le 3 août 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice property in upscale area. 5 minute walk to two beautiful beaches. You can snorkel in one beach and surf on the other. See the sunset every day. Walking trails. Small community pool and tennis courts.

Great getaway
Publié le 17 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayLovely condo in fantastic location. Ocean view from deck was superb. Great parking and very private. Would definitely rent again. But, do note that view is to north , so no sunset and no Molokai. Also, bedroom windows stay masked by curtain shades since they face driveway and there is no view. Finally, no colander in kitchen and wicker patio furniture can get uncomfortable.

Kapalua Bay Villas 29B4 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1- bathroom, ocean front Villa located in the private upscale gated community of Kapalua. Centrally located, the Villas is just a short distance away from Oneloa Bay, Napili Bay and world famous Kaanapali Beach. This luxurious villa provides upgrades throughout and all the home away from home feels. We value our guests feedback and the opportunity that it gives us to provide even better experiences for our future guests. Epic Realty has a very strict checks and balances system. Prior to each check in, our Quality Control Staff personnel, not only checks on the professional cleaners' work, but they must also take pictures of the inventory, and check to make sure all is in proper order. We do encourage our guests to reach out during their stay if there is anything needed that we could assist with and would have been able to tell you the exact location of the colander in the kitchen cabinet inside of the pan. We are sorry that you were not able to find it.
The sunsets from the private lanai and property are amazing. The island of Maui has one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world and you are able to enjoy it from the entire island. While the views of the sunset are different from each location, there is still an amazing sunset to enjoy from this Villa. All you need to do is step outside to view the amazing sights of Molokai from the lawn, beautiful walking paths and the secluded Oneloa Bay. We hope that you created lots of new memories and captures amazing moments to cherish. It was our pleasure to host you.
