FANTASTIC Villa on #2 Green of Famed Harbour Town Golf Links!

Welcome to our 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom villa located in Gleneagle Green, a charming development in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, situated on the 2nd green of renowned Harbour Town Golf Links. Enjoy an evening cocktail, or sip your morning coffee from the balcony off the master bedroom or the multi-level sweeping back porch, while watching golfers tackle the 2nd hole of the famed RBC Heritage PGA golf course.
The lovely villa’s warm living space is comprised of a wall of windows, including glass sliders, which grant a non-stop breathtaking view of the pristine Harbour Town golf Links. The living room features updated furniture and laminate flooring along with a large flat screen TV. The bright full-sized kitchen features new granite countertops, tile flooring, white appliances, heaps of cabinet space, and a breakfast nook. Next to the breakfast nook is a laundry room including a full-sized washer and dryer. Off the kitchen is the beautiful sunlit two-story dining room, which features seating for 6, along with a large skylight that provides an abundance of natural light. In addition, there is a convenient half bath centrally located on the first floor.
The spacious Master bedroom features large glass sliders that lead out to a delightful quaint balcony overlooking the world- renowned golf course. The room showcases a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, ample closet space, Chester drawers, vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. The large master bathroom is comprised of a large relaxing tub, double vanity, big windows overlooking the golf course, and a newly tiled tub/shower combo. Down the hall is the second bedroom which features both a queen and twin sized bed, another flat screen TV, Chester drawers, large walk in closet, ceiling fan, and private bath that also has a newly tiled tub/shower combo.
Location is everything, and we’ve got it! We are located b/w Sea Pine’s famous Harbour Town Lighthouse and the recently constructed Sea Pines Beach Club. Both are only a walk or bike ride away; however, you could always jump on the complementary Sea Pines Trolley. The Trolley picks you up only a few steps away from the villa at the Sea Pines Center. The Sea Pines Center features shopping, dining, a day spa, fitness center, and a convenience store.
Gleneagle green has its own private swimming pool for your enjoyment, and it happens to be located directly across from our villa. Take a walk through the 600-acre Sea Pines forest preserve, stop by the Sea Pines Stables for a guided horseback ride and visit the petting zoo, or there’s always a day trip to nearby Beaufort, Charleston, or Savannah. Gather with family and friends to cookout on the grill located on the picturesque sweeping multi-level back porch, play some tennis on nearby courts, or grab a bite to eat and T-shirt from the famous Salty Dog CafĂ©. All of this and more will be right at your fingertips when you stay at 2535 Gleneagle Green!

*A new rule was implemented by the Sea Pines Resort in March of 2019. No parking is permitted for guests of owners at the Sea Pines Beach Club during peak hours from March 23rd to Labor Day. Guests will need to utilize the Sea Pines Trolley system or take a quick bike ride to access the Beach Club. While this is unfortunate for many property owners and guests, at Gleneagle Green we are privileged to be in very close proximity to the Sea Pines Trolley system which picks you up only steps away from our villa at the Sea Pines Center.

The condo was exactly as advertised!! Parking was always available right in front of the unit. Location is fabulous!! Walked down to Harbor Town multiple times to watch the sunset. Drive to the beach every morning!! Looking out in the golf course is beautiful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, very quiet and private street. Extremely pet friendly. We had an issue with the furnace but the host quickly took immediate action on getting a repair man to fix it. Our suggestions would be to fix the screen door and blinds for the sliding door and state there’s a charcoal grill instead of a gas grill.

Wonderful stay! Communication with owner was superb, so easy to get in. Location was perfect , Mike from harbor town and a mile from sea lines beach. Right around corner from bike rental so that was easy as well. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location condo.

We had a nice time at Catherine and Dustin’s condo. The location was perfect walking distance to Harbor Town. We met a few of the neighbors who were extremely nice and welcoming. Quiet area and pool was right across from the condo.

Beautiful location and close to everything!

My husband, son (7 yrs), myself and pup really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very kind and responsive any time I reached out. You cannot beat the view on hole #2! I do wish the back porch had been cleared from leaves, pollen and debris so that we could have enjoyed the back patio. I did reach out when we arrived and let the hosts know and also sent pictures of the patio to explain. She was quick to reply and let us know she would be in touch with the grounds maintence crew and also that there was a blower in the closet at the condo that we could use. We did end up blowing off the patio and wiping down the tables, chairs, and grill on our last day. The house was just as pictured. Everything was very nice. The only thing I would say negative in regards to the condo itself is that there was a very musty smell in the downstairs especially. Owner followed up and explained she would be in touch with the cleaning crew. I bought an air spray and lit a candle that I brought to help. Overall, it was a very nice stay and the hosts were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Spent a wonderful 5 days at this beautiful property! Location was perfect and nearby trolley access was great! We are former Islanders who love coming back as often as we can! Owners were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely book again!

Clean and great location!

Overall great stay! Super clean property with beautiful views of the golf course out the big windows or from back deck. Cul de sac street nice and quiet. Kitchen well stocked with utencils, pans, etc. Master bed is REALLY firm, just be aware if that bothers you. Very pleased with stay, easy check in and great communication. Thanks!

Quiet location, close to shops

We enjoyed biking around the island. The bike rental place is just around the corner (super nice folks). There is also a pizza place, burger/taco restaurant, and shops in the same plaza. We rode bikes to Harbour Town and enjoyed that. It is also a relatively easy bike ride to the beach. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet/peaceful. The host has several games available

The place was great but I won't comeback to seapinestraffic in and out horrible and seapines greedy escalation of green fees on due and love courses are unconconscionable seapines discrimination against renters who don't rent thru sea pines with respect to beach club parking and passes is unfair to owners and their renters
