Great stay

Great lakeside property, good value
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a chance to get to Table Rock Lake for an after Christmas stay since I was family all together for the first time in a year. And we made a great choice! This property was spacious, clean, in a quiet area and just right for an extended family. We will definitely be back. And, it was a great value and a short drive to all of the hustle and bustle of Branson.

Beautiful location

The only minuses where the downstairs door was not keyed so we couldn't go in through that door, which made it harder with everyone having to go through the front door. Also the garbage disposal needs cleaned, it smelled rotten. I did put ice, baking soda and lemon down it, which helped some. But we would stay here again.we all had a great time.

Beautiful view but…..

Be aware they charge an exorbitant price for a clean fee, but porch and furniture so dirty we refused to sit on it. Killed 6 wasps during our stay. Bathroom sinks and faucets not wiped down. Left one 1/2 roll to toilet paper. Glasses and coffee cups smelled so we had to wash what we used prior. Hot tub was not new as advertised: chlorine so strong everyone got a headache. Jets do not all work. House needs updating and new HVAC system. Dehumidifiers vents taped to windows leading outside. Not a 4-5 star resort.

Great Lake house

Remotes for tv & lights mixed up and not working due to old batteries, took 2 days to get the porch light shut off and made it a little bright in the room with the lake view.
Shared driveway and fire pit that wasn’t called out in the description. My family still enjoyed the house but could have done without the little annoyances

Not as nice as listed
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were a little disappointed in our stay. The house was clean but pretty beat up, walls/trim hadn’t been touched up in years, stained couches.
The only working TV was in living room. Basement tv wouldn’t even turn on at all.
No central air but really tacky looking window units throughout. Not easy to use, this house temps weren’t great.
Patio kind of gross, hot tub cloudy and set to 105! No wood left out for fireplace.
Overall it served our propose, but glad we only had to stay one night.

Family vacation

Disappointed
