I called and ask for trash bags, we had an 10 night 11 day stay and it like I was in inconveniencing, I was told to call back during office hours and trash bags were never brought , there are minute ants somewhere in the kitchen I kept killing, the energy key card needed renewing, no response to my first message and no trash bags ever brought
