Our stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. We couldn’t check in for nearly 3 hours, and the bell desk staff were rude when I asked for a beach towel—part of the amenities we were paying for. One guy actually got snippy with me for not checking upstairs myself, which isn’t my job. We couldn’t get towels for over half our stay. The elevators were a mess too—one was always broken, and the rest were packed, with people cramming in like it was a free-for-all. On top of all that, the fees were outrageous: $54/night resort fee, $50/night for parking, and $10/night just to have a microwave. For that price, you expect better service and functioning facilities. The front desk staff and housekeeping were great, and the views were beautiful, but honestly, not worth the money or the stress.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love it! The beach is just across the street and walking distance to all kinds of fun things. The only thing that was not so convenient is the elevator at the tower side. It was so busy and people are always lined up waiting for it.

We stayed in the beach side tower. The view was decent we could see both the pool, mountains and ocean from it. The hotel is clean the staff is really friendly, helpful. Jasmin (may have the name wrong) was very helpfun and friend our departure flights were delayed and she was really helpful in helping us extend our checkout time with pricing and everything. Note that the resort has a daily resort fee that is not included in your booking. The good: there are plenty of good places to eat and shop withing waking distance. To access the beach just have to walk out of the hotel and cross the street. For breakfast we visited several local place one of our favorites was Kai Fresh good acia bowls, croissant waffles etc 5minute walk. The pool and hot tub have an amazing view and includes chairs and umbrellas for not extra cost. The beach is somewhat crowded and not a lot of shade avaible. The cons: If you want a less crowded area this is probably not the area for you and is has nothing do with the hotel you are visiting a tourist area that is both a city and a beach. We did see a few homeless and you can smell MJ being smoked as you walk around. The homeless leave you alone, they just there chilling. We only saw one pandhandling on the side of the road not sure if this is normal or just due to the time we were there. Overall this was one of our favorite places and we been to many places in the caribean.

I loved the property overall. It was beautiful and the people were truly amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the experience and I would book again. The only thing I did not like is my AC. I upgraded to an oceanfront room. At night sometimes it got unbearable because it got so hot. The AC would then get fixed and 30 minutes later not work. I had to call engineering up multiple times. Night times were so hot I had to sleep with no covers.

Overall good value

The hotel describes itself as a beach resort, we booked ocean view rooms. The view was amazing. However, the beach was actually the other side of a busy road. So our wonderful view was disturbed by constant loud noise from the road. The pool and cabanas were nicely laid out and the service there was great.
