The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

Rephrase Not worth the price. There are many more hotels with great perks. We had VIP access with Expedia but we did not receive any perks. We asked for an upgrade which we are eligible for continuous 4 days as they asked us to check every day. On last day they asked us to pay a discounted amount for an upgrade instead of free upgrade which didn’t make sense.

We stayed here for four nights and were really impressed with the customer service we received from the front desk, housekeeping, and management. However, the rooms and living situation was not what I would expect for a four-star hotel. Although the rooms were cleaned on the surface, there were areas where we thought could’ve been maintained better over the years specifically the bathroom. The bed that we had were also extremely soft, so if you are someone who prefers a medium to firm bed, this may not be the stay for you. The amenities, gym/classes/pool were great, everything that we needed and restaurants nearby and within. Overall, we thought it was quite average for the peer ratings and star rating this resort has.

The room was okay. Not as nice as you would expect a five star hotel. The beach is across the street and beautiful location. But the beach amenities that you can rent are a 5 minute walk away. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Location is the best asset of this property otherwise it was very crowded and average cleanliness. The rooftop pool was small and often too crowded to use maybe non hotel residents easily sneaking in to use the facilities. The rooms were small and had decent views if you got ocean view but the balconies were dirty and needed a good pressure wash. Bathrooms were a little small but the bidets were kind of cool. On site restaurants were overpriced and underwhelming look elsewhere for more authentic eats. The aquarium area could be improved and would be nice if a bar or cafe was actually offered there. Definitely research your excursions rather than purchasing through the concierge unless you like 30% upcharges. Housekeeping was decent and predictable after prompting for service on the first day as there were only a couple towels and no face or hand towels as if they had only completed a minimum service to the room prior to check in. Lots of potential for this hotel if they cleaned it up more and paid attention to the details of actual 4-5 star hotels in this category. Just seems like they’re missing the mark a bit.

We got ocean view room. Best ever! Staff was excellent. Near everything. My wife and I did a lot of walking. Exploring in Waikiki. We loved our room and the amenities of the hotel. Will definitely be back
