The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

I thought I was going to have a better view of the ocean but that building infront of the property killed my view. I had a big problem with the manager from the pool Saturday night 11-8-2025 round closing time. He was very rude and disrespectful it made me not want to go to the pool after that anymore. I also forgot my portable charger that night and went back to get it and he made a remark saying like it’s his now. Not cool not professional and this is who the hotel puts as a staff member who’s supposedly a supervisor. Smh

Room was really big! Was kind of wanting a microwave. But I get it. Room was always cleaned daily which is nice. The hotel itself is beautiful. There is a freaking "Oceanarium" in it! The infinity pool was also awesome. Along with access to the beach. Also, i didnt know that I could request a late checkout and I'm kind of bummed that I didnt ask for one.

Our room was dirty and the bathroom was smaller than a pantry closet. I asked front desk to help me either up grade for an additional cost or get a replacement. This was due to medical reasons. I was quoted a ridiculous amount. We would’ve been willing to pay a few hundred for the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I’ll admit, I was a bit unsure given some of the mixed reviews, but our experience was largely excellent. The property is beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and comfortable — everything you’d hope for in a relaxing getaway. One word of caution for future guests: avoid using the concierge desk to book excursions. The concierge we dealt with was not transparent about the additional service fees being charged. After comparing prices, we realized we were being upcharged almost 40% compared to booking directly with the tour operator. Upon recognizing this, we immediately asked for a refund. While she was initially hesitant to process it, we did ultimately receive a full refund and booked the same activity ourselves directly through the provider’s website. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend the hotel itself — just be sure to double-check excursion pricing before booking through the concierge.

Hotel room was clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. Hotel staff were so nice!!! I love the shops that are available in the hotel. Very convenient that the hotel was right across from Waikiki Beach. Ocean front room is well worth it, beautiful views.

I found most of the front desk staff to be a bit condescending. When we checked in I was told they noticed I was on a lower floor so “upgraded” me to a higher floor, which was only the seventh floor (out of 39 floors). It turned out to be one of the worst rooms as we were on the side close to the pool and twice they hosted concerts or pool parties and it was unbearably loud past 10 pm. Other than that, everything was fine and we enjoyed it.

Poolside is fantastic. Great size deck fo sunbathing and outdoor dining. Reasonably sized pool an hot tub Location is the best thing! It’s steps away from the Waikiki shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach.
