The room was clean, and the staff were professional and courteous. I was disappointed with the bathroom because it did not have a hand-held shower head. All the descriptions for my room indicated it did have one. I also was concerned that they charged my debit card for "incidentals" instead of the Visa card I gave them to do so. They did resolve that issue satisfactorily.

Room was clean staff was very courteous, ac wasn’t working well when we first arrived but technician made the necessary repairs for us. Close to the beach and places to eat and the pool was very nice.

Easy accessible to beach, malls, eating places, and transport. Nice and clean. Great customer service. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Love the location of the hotel.

Poolside on the roof is amazing. Upkeep is very high and updated. Very affordable. A must if traveling to Hawaii

Everything from the friendly staff, to the clean rooms and the hotel’s amenities were fantastic! We had a great trip to Oahu and the Hilton Waikiki resort delivered the great times and memories. We’ll definitely be back!
