The lanai for our specific unit is complete and fully accessible. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy the beautiful ocean view at your leisure.

- There are two ways to load money into the machines:

1. Download the “Pay Range” app to your smart phone. (US and Canadian Phones Only)
2. Select top load washers and stacked dryers accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.

Parking:
- Buy a parking pass at the vending machine located on the left side of the parking garage entrance.
- You may select the $35 overnight guest pass, which grants you 24 hours of parking with in-and-out privileges starting from the initial entry time.
- Parking passes may be purchased in 1-, 3- or 7-day increments.
- Prices are subject to change and may increase over time.

- Check-in: After 3PM (No Front desk services)
- Checkout: Before 10AM
- Early Check-in and Late Checkout: Please message us directly


CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.


NOTE:
This is a privately owned unit and independently managed by Vacation Rentals Waikiki.

Thus we can add more of a personal touch to our guest relations.

At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii.

We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.

Regardless, if you need to wash your swimwear and towels, please use the laundry area on the 8th floor. Paper rolls and any other toiletry items can be purchased at the convenience stores nearby

Please do not use the beach towels provided in the unit as a mat on the sand, grass, or anywhere with tree branches or twigs.

Sand, twigs, and small branches can become embedded in the fabric and may not come out, making the towels impossible to clean properly.

If a beach towel becomes unusable due to this type of misuse, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.

PENALTY & GUIDELINES:

1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.

2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs

3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.

4. We kindly request that you refrain from hanging towels or any other items from the lanai.
