The property is dated but it is functional. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is a perk. I cooked every day I was there. It is across of the international marketplace. There is a target that has essentials and groceries. The air-conditioning was broken the first night I got there. I told the front desk the next morning and a service guy came. He determined the air conditioner was broken beyond repair. When I arrived in the evening after my day’s activities, there was new air conditioner in the room. It is inconvenient that I couldn’t check out until 7 am when the desk opened. But, for the price, you have to make allowances. I would stay here again.

It was a great place for the price. Clean, convenient, to walk to eat, shop or the beach! We don’t spend time in our room but to shower an sleep so this was a perfect choice for us.

Good budget hotel

Besides the nightclub downstairs with the loud music going to 3am it was good room for the price. They put out a sign in front that says its a quiet zone from 11pm to 7am. Not so quiet with the club music. Bring ear plugs. They staff was friendly and accommodating letting us check in early and late check-out.

It was great. The staff was friendly. The only thing I have complaints about is the shower head is weird. It sprays right next to the curtain and you can’t adjust it.

The good: very close to everything in Waikiki. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Basic accommodations if you don’t need any frills. Bed was comfortable enough. The bad: it’s very old and we had to keep our bathroom door shut so the air conditioning didn’t leak out through the permanently open window in the bathroom. (The window wasn’t big enough to worry about anyone coming in the room….it was just an inconvenience to not have A/C in the bathroom.

The hotel has a good location but that is it. Its a old hotel that hasn't been remodeled in decades. Diry sheets with stains on a Murphy bed. Hidden fees every where. They don't make you feel like a guest more of a prisoner. Cockroachs in the room. Rude staff. Not accommodating at all. Don't come here its a ripe off. This place should be condemned
